“The hotel was excellent, our only complaint is the breakfast was only carbohydrates. It would have been nice to have a warm item.”

“Gracias”

“Nice place for short trips”

“Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were not good. They were very hard. We did not know the property was pet friendly. I heard a barking dog late night and thought it was outside. The large dog began barking at 8 am the next morning and woke the family. It was down the hall from us. We had booked for two nights through Expedia and decided not to stay a second night. Although the staff was friendly they were unable to provide direction on cancelling the second night stay. Expedia was...

“The employees were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The only things like furniture, the shower, ect. were worn out. The shower barely put out water. It is why I gave an okay rating.”

“This place needs a major overhaul!!!!”

“The room we booked was very neat and clean, it was a warm and welcoming environment. If I had to stay again I definitely would, as it was a gorgeous location. I also liked the no-contact features of the venue and how easy it was to get checked in and out. Overall a lovely stay!”

“Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast”

“Our room was clean and had a nice smell. The key card was a bit fussy. Sometimes it wouldn't work. The room didn't have a closet or dresser but it was okay.”

“It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff, beds were so comfy and love the breakfast.”

“Purtroppo la camera era abbastanza sporca e la colazione molto scarsa: solo waffle, pane, marmellata e yogurt. Non c’era nemmeno il caffe Il personale era gentile”

“Very upset that the front staff had no authority over the guests. We were on the first floor and for almost 4 hrs had the guests above us (assuming kids) making a ton of noise. We were leaving at 6am and I have a 3 yr old toddler. I called the front desk 5 times and she told me she already called them twice? Okay well they havent stopped or slowed down.”
