“A poorer representation of Hyatt properties. Furniture in disrepair or non-functional in my room. Only one elevator working. A tiny bottle of wine at the bar cost me $30!
When staff were apprised of issues, they scoffed and said I should have just asked them to change my room (which I booked specifically for the type and size I needed). No real attempt to address my concerns.”

I’ve never been to an Extended Stay that had nothing in the kitchen but one disposable plastic cup. No dish ware or utensils or any pots or even a dish.front desk closes early and opens lat 10 AM. ”
