ABOUT HILLTOP HAVEN

The absolute best in luxurious mountain living! Hilltop Haven is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom luxury new build cabin that offers peace, tranquility, and stunning mountain views yet is never more than 10-15 minutes away from everything Bryson City and the gorgeous Smoky Mountains has to offer. During your stay you'll be surrounded by custom craftsmanship, luxurious furnishings and thoughtful details throughout the cabin to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible! Hilltop Haven is situated on a private mountain setting with hot tub, fire pit, expansive decks, and all the comforts of home. The cabin is centrally located between the NOC and Downtown Bryson City making it the perfect destination for those looking to get away from it all without ever being too far away!


BEDROOMS AND BATHS

The cabin comfortably sleeps 6 guests with plenty of room to spread out but always maintains the cozy cabin feeling you're looking for in your mountain getaway! With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and an additional loft sleeping area, you'll have plenty of room to unpack and unwind during the duration of your stay. The King bed Master suite is on the main floor with an attached bathroom featuring double sinks and custom stone and tile shower with rainfall shower head and body jets. There is a second bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and access to its own full bathroom right across the hall. The third bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed with a full bathroom right outside the door. The loft living area features a comfortable futon that converts into an additional queen bed. All bedrooms feature comfortable sleeping accommodations, new luxurious sheets, and TV's with satellite cable.


KITCHEN AND LIVING

You'll love the cozy two-story great room with vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, gas burning fireplace and floor to ceiling windows to take in the beautiful views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The open floor plan kitchen and dining areas feature stainless steal appliances, granite countertops, eat-in kitchen island for 2, dining table for 6, and all the cutlery and kitchen tools needed to make gourmet meals for you and your guests.


OUTDOOR AREAS

Privacy, seclusion, and stunning mountain views await you outside on the wrap around deck with covered porches, private hot tub, grill, rocking chairs, porch swing, outdoor dining, and mountain views that you'll never tire of. The landscaped fire pit area is the perfect place to relax and unwind under the stars after a day of outdoor adventuring.

As hosts, we are committed to delivering the absolute best vacation experience possible to every guest, every time! We are available through out your stay to answer any questions you may have. Here are a few of the ways we set ourselves apart as hosts to ensure your stay is the absolute best possible:

- New towels and new luxurious bed linens through out cabin

- Starter set of hand soap, 2 trash bags, paper towel roll, dish soap, dish sponge, and 2 dishwasher tabs provided in kitchen
- Starter set of detergent and dryer sheets for 2 laundry loads provided

The cabin is centrally located between the NOC and Downtown Bryson City giving it easy access to the areas' greatest attractions. The cabin is accessible year round via paved roads and is conveniently located just one mile of 74. You're within a scenic 10-15 minute drive of the NOC, Downtown Bryson City, Fontana Lake, Polar Express Train, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Whitewater Rafting, Tubing, Fishing, Hiking, Dining, Shopping, and Breweries. **Please note that out property has one outdoor security camera on the premises. Although the area is incredibly safe and we have never experienced any sort of issue, for added guest assurance, we have one camera located on the outside railing of the front porch that faces outward toward the driveway and street. NO cameras or recording devices of any kind are located inside the home or in outdoor guest use spaces (deck, hot tub, fire pit are free from security cameras).**
