    Il design moderno personalizzato del proprietario dello stesso Watershed e la costruzione con riutilizzo e altri metodi ecologici come focus rendono questa casa speciale. Questa cabina "moderna di montagna" con i suoi eleganti elementi loft industriali in stile montano si trova perfettamente su un terreno privato con una vista a lungo raggio al tramonto di Sassafras Gap. I dettagli del design devono essere testimoni, ma le caratteristiche come home theater, docce a pioggia interne ed esterne, vasca idromassaggio principale e, naturalmente, finestre dal pavimento al soffitto, rendono questa una delle nostre cabine premiere, se osi usare quel termine per questo. Inoltre, si trova sul nostro tratto di 50 acri che chiamiamo Watershed Resort.

    La tua cucina è arredata con ripiani in granito e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile inclusi lavastoviglie, microonde e macchina per il caffè. Ti forniamo anche tutti i piatti, gli utensili e gli strumenti di cottura di cui avrai bisogno. Una griglia a gas è prevista per gli intenditori di barbecue (serbatoio pieno di propano incluso).

    La grande sala dispone di una zona soggiorno e pranzo con tavolo adatto per 6 persone. L'arredamento presenta un divano in pelle, pavimenti in bambù, camino a gas e interni loft-industriali con un tema minimalista. C'è un'antenna parabolica HD completa di lettore Blu-Ray DVD (porta la tua musica o ascolta una delle decine di canali di musica digitale forniti dal satellite digitale). La programmazione satellitare include HBO e altri canali cinematografici premium, c'è un mazzo coperto avvolgente che offre un letto rilassante che può semplicemente battere lo spazio interno per il tuo tempo.

    Tutte le nostre cabine sono dotate sia di cuscini in piuma che in piuma nonché di piumini. Ogni letto ha un materasso con rivestimento trapuntato e lussuose lenzuola interamente in cotone. Ralph Lauren o altri asciugamani di lusso firmati sono forniti per il numero di base di occupazione con asciugamani di scorta aggiuntivi per l'uso della vasca idromassaggio.

    La camera da letto matrimoniale king size è enorme e presenta un divano a due posti, un camino a combustibile a etanolo (carburante fornito) e una TV da 50 ". Le grandi finestre e porte offrono una sensazione aperta al focolare esterno e alla vasca idromassaggio, ma è possibile ottenere un oscuramento totale con le tende da parete a parete. Un enorme bagno padronale è adiacente, con la sua vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone e la zona aperta con doccia a pioggia e doppi lavandini. La grande lavatrice / asciugatrice è a questo livello.

    La sala home theater può essere convertita nella seconda camera da letto. 2 divani divano-futon si piegano in piano e possono essere sormontati dal nostro coprimaterasso in schiuma da 2 "e dal coprimaterasso per creare un letto king size. Vengono fornite lenzuola complete di piumino e cuscini. Questa camera da letto utilizza il bagno in comune principale, con la sua doccia in piastrelle di ardesia integrata tra la struttura in legno della casa.

Very unique

One of the most unique places iv stayed in the mountains. Will definitely rent the same place again. It was absolutely perfect.

The stay was very good, just thought some of the items within the house need updating and especially the water quality system. Understand the mountain water issues, but this was the worst we have experience since renting in Bryson City.

very nice and good amenities

Overall happy with our stay- home is beautiful but needing a little attention- Washing machine has mold which is common with stackable- hot tub works but needs a little repair for the jet control, the decking is starting to rot in places on the steps, the sauna needs some minor repairs to the seating. Outdoor seating near fire pit is wet/moldy- Swing is nice- inside is beautiful and very comfortable- lots of technology that os a bit dated- overall it's a great spot that just needs a little TLC- The outside shower is wonderful

Great cabin

Great comfortable cabin. The views and porch are amazing the fire pit and hot tub as well. The kitchen is large and good for cooking meal and the living room and couch are comfortable. The master bedroom is large and comfortable as well. Both the upstairs, outside and the master bath showers are great. The only negatives I have are the cabin needs a deep clean it is not dirty but it is starting to get dusty and grungy and will soo be dirty if no deep clean is done. Second thing is the property roads. It says motorcycle friendly which is not true unless you have a super moto bike. I am very very glad we drove my wife's suv because my car would have been way to low and rwd would have meant I would not have been able to reach the cabin. Not a deal breaker but if you are reading this it would be good to know. All that aside I would stay again.

Beautiful setting, but…

The cabin and setting is very secluded and beautiful. You must have SUV or FWD to reach easily. The design makes you feel like you are in a treehouse. The furnishings, decor, and details are lovely. We really loved the outdoor swing, sauna, and hot tub (wonderful after a day of hiking). However, I suspect there is a carpenter bee infestation. There are visible bees flying around and into the porch ceiling and sawdust is EVERYWHERE! The cabin could use some refreshing- the pillows on couch are flat and unraveling, the shower handle in master bath fell off (we put back on), the heated towel bar kept falling off and was broken in the corner, fireplace didn’t work (according to instructions), Alexa didn’t work, and the drain in master bath was slow (emailed to Watershed but we did not need them to address during our stay- just noticed).. The kitchen needs some added items- only one wine glass, minimal cooking utensils, etc. They could use updated instructions to things (fireplace and TV) and some details of the town- restaurants, grocery stores, shopping would be nice.

Stay here!

Rented this property for our 21st anniversary trip, and we were NOT disappointed. The foyer and stairs are STUNNING and the house is clean, well appointed, and super comfortable. We cooked dinner in all 3 nights and had everything we needed aside from the food we bought at the nearby Ingles. We hiked the property to the Yard and down to the waterfall. It was super peaceful and well taken care of. I also really liked the idea of so much of the cabin being salvaged (it apparently won awards) such as the granite, cabinets, kitchen appliances, etc. Just icing on the cake that they did their part to keep stuff out of landfills in such a beautiful way. If we get to come back to Bryson City, we will stay here again!

Week vacation at Watershed Resort

We really enjoyed the cabin and the amenities and that it was private. It was close enough to the places we wanted to visit, but far away from crowds.

Christmas week in Bryson City. This cabin was awesome!

Checkin and check out were super easy. The cabin is definitely off the beaten path. The amenities in the cabin are outstanding. If there was an issue it is the lighting situation. They try to make it easy by using Alexa to run the lighting. It just doesn't work consistently and then some switches dont work. The view of the Smokies is terrific.

First vacation in years

Excellent property with amazing amenities and location, however, is listed as motorcycle friendly property, this is a stretch. I got my scooter up the gravel hill as long as no moisture around, but it is definitely not something I looked forward to. So if you can leave your bike somewhere else and okay with that, excellent. But we will try for this property if no bike is being brought
