“Overall bad experience since check in, we had to come back to reception 3 times before getting everything properly, such as wifi card, towels, safe key. At least they allowed us with an early check in. Do not book all inclusive formula since it's a cheat. Even tanzania beer such as serengeti or kilimanjaro are not included, they just serve another beer included. In the room you will find 2 little bottles of water (200ml each). “The hotel is beautiful and the views are wonderful. The road to the hotel is rough but that doesn't bother me. The beds need to be more comfortable. They are a little too hard for me. Other than that everything else was great!”
