“Rented a non smoking room but it smelled like ppl smoked in it every day since it was built. My sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in it. I immediately checked out once I realized the room was filthy and requested a refund that I was promised but have yet to receive. I didn't have the room for 30 minutes. I did receive my deposit but not the $68 I spent on the room.”

Immediately took it to the front desk, just to find another one In the room. Told them, they apologized and gave me the room RIGHT NEXT to the room I was in. “Early check in was very convenient for us. They are very pet friendly the staff gave us a do not disturb tag that informed their staff of pets inside the room. Also they had a cute goodie bag for my pup. My kids absolutely loved it here. Will definitely recommend. Also , deposit collected during checkin , when I checked out was instantly given back to me”

“We checked in the carpet in hallway was beyond filthy. The rrom had a weird smell. Alot of noise and drug users around property. We were woke by constant noise and screaming out side. I would not stay there again. ”
