“You get what you pay for! The lobby was nice, but gave false hope for the room. The staff was helpful. There was only one elevator and it takes forever to utilize the elevator. The room did have a kitchenette, but no dishes or utensils at all. (You had to rent them out which was inconvenient) The air conditioner was loud and anytime it cut on, it woke us up. The chair in the room smelled like whoever sat in it last. The breakfast offered "grab and go" and they only offered packaged oatmeal,...

“I enjoyed my stay for the most part. It seems to be fairly new. Plenty of space in the room since there is no dresser. Two complaints. One, it was difficult to get access to a luggage carrier. When I arrived I waited approximately 15 minutes for them to locate one since people do not return them and upon leaving i was never able to get one. I was told that guests often keep them in their rooms for use in the morning. It was very difficult to get my things to my car as an older person with...

“We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.”

“Staff was nice and it was a great location close to everything! Air conditioning worked really good and loved the fridge and microwave. Bed was comfy and the room had a nice little sitting area. Other than that… the rooms didn’t have enough lighting and I’m guessing they expected us to just open the curtains during the day for light but we like our privacy. “IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.”
