“We loved our visit, the rooms were clean but slightly outdated which is fine, you dont go on vacation for the rooms. The staff was all friendly and helpful when needed. The food was phenomenal so many wonderful options for those who are willing to try something new. Very safe, i ended up losing my phone and hat on two separate occasions and one of the guests brought my phone to the staff and a staff member recognized me and told me he had my hat. “The property Is in a nice location, but the service Is far from the One of a five stars hotel. I arrived at 8,30 pm and i was not even welcomed wirh a bottle of water. The room Is large, but with old furniture. The level of cleaness Is very low. What Is really unacceptable Is the Sea side. There each piece Is so dirty. The fact that you pay a Daily resort fee should prevent from such things. Beeing Italian the food offerend was not of variety and below an acceptable level of quality. With...

“Cleaning staff was excellent. Great view of sunset and beach from my balcony. Snack bar on the roof was great with manager Clemente and Leonid the cook. Great desk staff especially Hector and Francisco. ”

“I would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, clean facility, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast/lunch buffet was 7 AM-1 PM and was tasty. Lastly, the food we ordered through room service was delicious. The only negative aspect I noticed that the hotel could improve is the speed of delivery for room service, which was over one hour. Everything else was great.”
