Hotel a Buchanan

“The staff was friendly and check in was quick. The only issue is the cleanliness of the rooms. There were some chunks of dirt on the floor and a random used towel that was still hanging on the bathroom door.”

“It appeared Rooms were cleaned many weeks ago as sheets were smelling old, rooms smelled like sewered and rooms smelled like a wet dog after a rain, staff were nice and polite, breakfast for okay,”

“"Marteen" Front desk was very unprofessional and rude. Butting into conversations that did not involve her about the stay and having a mean tone when asked questions. Booked a night for over 300 dollars and could not get late checkout but offered other guest infront of us for late checkout and was only rude to us and my elderly, sickly father. It will be the last time I will book at this hotel. I had better service at a motel 6 then here. I would like a refund. ”

“Abbiamo speso circa 120 dollari più tasse e quando arriviamo notiamo subito che oltre a essere vecchio l'albergo è sporco! Due asciugamani erano macchiati oltre che consunti, la colazione scarsa e la sala anch'essa sporca! Tutto era unto e macchiato dalle porte al mobilio. ”
