The Space:

Comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests, the apartment features a king-sized bedroom, air conditioning and heating, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchen ready for all of your culinary adventures. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

The apartment includes:

The Living Room includes:

The Bedroom includes:
• Glorious king-sized bed from a luxury 25cm bio-rhythmic memory foam mattress brand that is perfect for all sleepers
• The bedroom also features a smart TV with loaded streaming apps
• Cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!
• Balcony access

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

The Bathroom includes:
• A beautiful bathtub and a modern shower head with great pressure, and super hot water, for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in Sector 1, right in the fanciest area of the entire city of Bucharest, just one street away from the Law School, and a short stroll away from the beautiful Cismigiu park. You will have quick access to the most important landmarks of the city such as the Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum, the Palace of the Parlament, as well as many museums, art galleries, restaurants, and clubs.

Discover historic architecture, old churches, cafés, and the romantic feel that makes this one of the most beautiful areas in the city.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You have very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.


Please note that the building has an elevator which is not operating. The listing does not advertise an elevator. The apartment is on the 6th floor of the building.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.

Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
