“Beautiful hotel with cute bar”

“All of the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers wete very accommodating to my family. I grew up in the next town o er but have lived out of state for 14.5 years. I have stayed at this property close to 20 times in the last 8 years of me visiting. I have come to know those who work there as well as they have come to know myself and my little family over the years. I will continue to choose this hotel over amd over again.”

“Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.”

“The property was very outdated and old. Towels were dingy. Tubs had cracked molding and stained slip resistant mats. Carpets were stained. Paint was off on the corners and on some parts of the rooms. The curtains were coming away from their tracks and hanging loose. The breakfast was OK. The staff at the desk did not want to print off my receipt. They wanted me to do it digitally. I could not understand any of the people at the desk. They spoke very quietly. The amenities were very inconvenient....
