“The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay.
One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early.
The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations.
Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend”

“The AC was horrible, sounding like a train on the railroad. Staff in the back around 3am was asleep and didn’t come to the front when called out to loudly. It wasn’t until loud banging made the employee wake up. Horrible experience”
