“The outside door was always open, the digital lock to the door leading up to the residence was broken so I only had my flimsy room door between myself and the street while the neighborhood did not reallyseem safe. Common bathrooms were filthy, Wi-Fi didnt work and the owners did not respond when I contacted them. There was also rotten meat in the fridge and people sleeping in the lobby”

“Communication with staff is very poor. Place Senegal location close to stores however accessing the building itself with no on-site reception was difficult. Staff also assigned beds to multiple people and we’re unavailable to communicate with except through WhatsApp kitchen is hardly a kitchen, no stove tops.”

“I would start by saying the stay was far above my expectations. The room was tidy and comfortable. The technology is top notch. The entire apartment was serene, quiet and very close to the high way. You could access different bus stops less than five minutes away. So it's a great location to me I would just like to say the hostel should be flexible with the Kitchen hours, especially because of tourists...they might come back late from where they went to and won't be able to access the kitchen....

“Esperienza nel complesso non troppo positiva. La camera comune era sprovvista delle tende divisorie dei letti ma la cosa più grave è che le singole postazioni non avevano né una lucina personale per muoversi di notte e né una presa della corrente. Chi dormiva nei letti in alto diceva lasciare il cellulare in basso e anche distante perché le prese erano poche. Per poter caricare tutti i propri cellulari occorreva staccare le lampade dai tavoli e liberare le prese. Inoltre la porta era in vetro...

“The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. However, as a solo female traveller, I found this situation overall very inappropriate. The coffee shop was nice, location was excellent, welcome drink was included, and room was fine.
