A private dock extends into the crystal-clear waters of the lake, offering a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets and starlit skies. Two sleek kayaks are moored nearby, ready to whisk you away on aquatic adventures exploring hidden coves and tranquil shores.

Perfect for outdoorsy families or adventurous friends, this well-appointed home offers everything you need for an effortless waterfront retreat.

Location - This home in Downeast Bucksport is giving you the best a vacation has to offer. A full lakeside experience with boating, swimming, fishing, floating and campfires and a great vacation headquarters for day adventures to Acadia National Park (one hour drive) and scenic drives to coastal villages.

Bedroom 1: King Bed, Futon | Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Beds | Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds (can be pushed together to form a king) Bedroom 4: 1 twin bed

BEACH/LAKE GEAR: Boat dock and beach gear (towels, chairs & umbrella)

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private yard, gas grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area, hammock, fishing, hiking trail access on-site, 2 one-person kayaks, 1 two-person kayak and life vests

INDOOR LIVING: INDOOR LIVING: 2 Smart TVs w/ cable, 1 gas-fired stove, 1 electric fireplace, roomy bedrooms, 2 dining tables, laptop workspaces, 1 walk-in shower, 1 shower/tub combo and comfortable furnishings

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, hot water pot, dishware/flatware, knife set, spices, lobster cooking equipment

What’s included?
Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably.

This is the most amazing place! It is 30 minutes from everything we needed, gorgeous water views with plenty of places to sit and enjoy, every amenity you could imagine, clean and maintained, quickly responded and best of all the beds were comfortable! Seriously, amazing place hope to return next year!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was as-pictured, well-stocked & conveniently located. There was a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom & a few things that needed fixing, but the property management was very responsive.

Stress Free Maine Vacation On The Lake

My wife, son, mother-in-law, aunt, and I spent four nights here and we are already are discussing going back. The stress of city living melted away as we approached the home surrounded by tall trees and a beautiful lake shore. We spent most of our time outside, enjoyed swimming, kayaking, lunch on the picnic tables and evenings by the fire. Fellas, bring your rod and reel, there are fish in the lake! The inside was quaint and cozy. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for eating and relaxing. The master bedroom is beautiful!! If multiple couples are going, you’ll be fighting over it. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re wanting to get away and unwind in Maine’s great outdoors, this should be on the top of your list!

We LOVED our stay in this home. Extremely clean, nice furnishings and everything you need to enjoy the lake: kayaks, floaties, noodles, life jackets. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. It was perfect for us and our adult children. The property is beautiful and quiet. More than enough towels and a well stocked kitchen. The only negative we had was when we had to contact the property manager- the electronic door had dead batteries so we could not lock it went we left. After much texting back and forth, they made it clear that we would have to remedy the situation, so we had to go buy batteries. Pretty disappointing since we had plans.

Relaxing location

Clean, comfortable and well cared for location. Quiet lake with minimal activity making for peaceful days both on the lake and on property. Far enough away that you feel secluded but close enough to town that trips to grab groceries or shop are easy. Exceeded expectations.

Great

We had some issues upon check-in with the propane. They got it all sorted very quickly and were kind about the whole situation. The view is spectacular and area is peaceful. My kids were in awe of the amount of fish they caught right off the dock. The house is very well stocked with all you’d possibly need. We would stay there again!
