Just 15 km from Orléans, "Studio Les Cyprès Chauve" for 2 people is a 30m² studio adjoining another studio, sharing a common open outdoor area. Ideal for visiting Orléans and the Loire Valley. This ground-floor studio includes:

- a living/dining/kitchenette/bedroom area: 1 table and 2 chairs for meals, 2 armchairs, wall-mounted TV, 2 single beds (90x190cm) (duvet, 1 pillow per person), 1 wardrobe. Kitchenette (small refrigerator with freezer, 2 electric hobs, extractor hood, sink, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster)

- a separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

Outside:
Shared, unfenced grounds with the adjoining studio, but each has its own small private outdoor space with garden furniture and a barbecue. Shared shed with ping-pong table and foosball table. Shared laundry room with washing machine.

Behind the two cottages is an enclosure with animals: a donkey named Léon and some sheep. Fishing is possible in a private pond 800 meters away (carp, roach).

[P] Private parking just a few meters from the cottage. You can pull up to the front to unload.
