“The room smelled like dog, the carpet was wet in the room, the tv remote did not turn on off the tv,floor lamp bass was rusty, bathroom needed repaired toilet seat and tile was missing. On the good side the grandkids enjoyed the pool it’s big enough to enjoy and small enough you can keep watch of your kids. “I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!”
