Enjoy the luxury of our stylish freshly renovated apartment, located , in a charming little pedestrian street in the heart of Budapest. 80 sqm, 2 bedrooms with 2 private bath room, 1 spacious living room, private balcony, AC, fully equipped kitchen for your perfect relaxation.

Our apartment is situated in a charming little pedestrian street in the downtown of Budapest.
The surrounding area is classic and elegant.
The neighbouring streets are full of quality restaurants and cafes, where you can start and end the day. Nevertheless our street is peaceful and quite, where you can relax after a long day, while you can still enjoy all the advantages of being in the center. It’s a great starting point to see all the sights in hall 2 min, Gellert Bath Rudas bath 12 min.

The public transport from the apartment is very good , you can go anywhere easily. The metro station is just in the corner. Europes most beautyfull tram line (tram line 2) is just across street in front of the house. Two famous thermal bath (Rudas, Gellért) are in walking distance, across the Danube. The world famous Great Market Hall just 2min. walking distance at the feet of Szabadság Bridge.

Wonderful Stay

Excellent location, very spacious, clean and comfortable.Stephano was very responsive, and gave clear instructions.A large farmers' market, with fresh produce and amazing street food is a short walk away. It also has an Aldi in the basement. The area is very quiet, but not far from the action. Highly recommended.

Great Central Location

This apartment was the perfect place for our stay in Budapest. The apartment is nicely and comfortably furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer/dryer too. The location was very close to the Central Market and Vaci street. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Stefano was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Gem of a find

This totally renovated apartment was just perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood but yet, steps from all major sites and easily walkable. Communication was clear and concise and check in was easy. They were very accommodating in allowing us to check in much earlier than expected due to our early cruise ship arrival. I would highly recommend this property

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

The four of us (two couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, well appointed apartment! We had everything we needed, and Stefano was very responsive to our questions. The location is absolutely perfect! One block away is Vaci Utca, where you can shop and dine. One block the other way is the river and trolley line.

Lovely apartment in the center of town

This space is very pretty and comfortable. The kitchen is itty bitty, but well stocked (we didn't cook anyway, the food in Budapest is amazing!) The location is ideal - easy walk to most places and close to transit for everything else. The check in/out went smoothly - the host provided very clear video instructions to check in. The only downside was some construction on the street outside, but that is temporary. Great space!

Gorgeous apartment, fabulous host

Stefano's apartment was absolutely lovely. It's been recently renovated with an updated kitchen and bathrooms while still retaining the old world charm. The location was the best! It is so close to the Market Hall, the river, great restaurants, shopping and more. Our trip couldn't have been better. Detailed instructions for using the appliances, checking in and out, etc. were greatly appreciated. Lovely stay. Thank you so much for this great listing.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The place is gorgeous, spacious, clean and Stephano was a perfect host. The instructions for self check-in were very easy and all the information Stephano gave for the apartment were great. We had some issues with the safe and messaged Stephano. He called us and helped us figure it out right of way. It is right by a pedestrian street with food and shops and is conveniently located to walk to a lot of must see things like St. Stephen's Basilica. We could not have ask for anything else! Perfect place to stay and added to our enjoyment of visiting Budapest!

Large stylish apartment with everything we needed

Superb apartment, fantastic ambience and location. Perfect from beginning to end. The attention to detail in the apartment was first rate. Large, better than photos and in a great location. We travelled with our two adult children and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was within easy walking distance and the airport transfers and key pick up were flawless. Highly recommend!

AMAZING APARTMENT

We were staying in Stefano apartment for 5days, it is the best place to live in town, you can visit everything on foot! :) And all the metro lines are just down around the corner. Grocery, souvenir shops, the shopping street and the main sights are available just by walking there. The apartment was just as described, even bigger and nicer than on the pictures, the master bedroom and bathroom is amazing . The kitchen was well-equipped and the welcome from Stefano colleague (because Stefano was on a short holiday) was fantastic. We got everything we needed from them, even brochures about Budapest. :) We are 100% sure that we gonna come back to this or Stefano other apartments in the future. Thank you again for making our stay even more special and cosy!

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host

We can't write enough good things about this apartment. Stefano has thought of everything - the kitchen has everything you need, even a Nespresso machine and pods. The apartment is wonderfully laid out for two couples with ensuite bedrooms with bathroom. It feels like a luxury hotel. Stefano greeted us at the apartment and spent a great deal of time giving us information. The location of the apartment is ideal. We walked everywhere. There is a small grocery store next door on one side and a bank with an ATM on the other side. The apartment is on the 1rd floor, but there is an elevator. All in all, this was an exceptional experience.

Great Apartment in the center

Our.family of four stayed in this apartment and completely enjoyed it. Stefano was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to all of our emails and when he checked us in, he made sure we knew everything so that we would have a great stay. The reservation, check-in and check-out were all very easy. He gave very good suggestions on what to see in the city and also has many maps and brochures available. The apartment is in a great location and is exactly as in the pictures. Everything is very clean and in good working order. The air conditioning, speed-wifi, washing machine, and Nespresso machine are a few of the conveniences that made our stay more enjoyable. You can walk to the most popular places in the city, and public transportation is just a short walk in case you're tired on the way home! There is a grocery store next door and many, many restaurants and cafes nearby. We felt very safe in the area and even though the location is central we didn't hear any noise and slept well every night. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Budapest and would highly recommend it. Thanks Stefano!!!

Wonderful apartment in great location

It would be hard to imagine a more elegantly appointed and spotless rental unit than that supplied by Stefano . The suite is elegantly decorated, in keeping with the authentic art deco design of the building, and modern conveniences abound, including wi-fi dishwasher, microwave and clothes washer and dryer (though I would recommend hanging clothes to dry if you don't want to wait hours). A/C is separately for the two bedrooms. Stefano himself is endlessly helpful, from answering all your questions, to arranging transfers to and from the apartment, to supplying literature and maps to enhance and ease your entire visit. The flat is centrally located, walking distance to many sights and restaurants, and near all major public transportation. Be warned, though, taxis are hard to come by. Stefano did NOT recommend the hop-on/ hop off tour busses. As usual, he was right.

Non si può trovare nulla di negativo, il proprietario e i suoi collaboratori vanno lodati per la cura del dettaglio e la cortesia. L'appartamento ė al primo piano di un palazzo silenzioso, nella via pedonale e principale di Budapest . I mezzi di trasporto, tram e metro, sono praticamente sotto casa ma non servono visto che l'appartamento è in pieno centro. L'appartamento e'molto spazioso, luminoso, elegante e ha una calda atmosfera. I bagni sono qualcosa da scoprire...fantastici!Siamo rimasti colpiti dall'attenzione per i dettagli e per l'estrema pulizia dell'ambiente...tutte cose che fanno la differenza.Il Balcone splendido per poter prendere una colazione e cenare in questa via tranquilla. E'stato senza dubbio il luogo più bello dove ho soggiornato e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

“Amazingly apartment in an ideal position"

My husband and I met our friends in Budapest and we were so happy we booked this apartment. It was one of the most spacious, beautifully appointed apartments I have ever stayed in. The two bedrooms were huge and so beautifully decorated and both couples had an ensuite. The furniture and decore throughout the apartment was outstanding and still so comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We were situated in the buzzing restaurant street but there was no noise at all. We spent many enjoyable nights sitting on the balcony after a long day sightseeing. The whole process from booking to arriving was seamless!! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to explore this amazingly beautiful city.

“Excellent apartment and location!”

I have just returned from Budapest which was a fantastic experience. We were located very centrally and there were so many places of interest nearby. We used the hop on and off bus which gave us unlimited use of the trips up and down the Danube both day and night, also trips to Bude and Pest on the bus with stops at the points of interest. For a three day pass for 3 people it was only 34 euros! The whole holiday was perfect mainly because of this fantastic apartment. It had been designed to perfection and everything had been provided, real 'home from home'. Everything was top quality from coffee making machines, washing machines, dishwasher and crockery etc etc. I cannot praise it enough.We were surrounded by lovely bars and eating places as well. Communication with the owner was very good and prompt. He was most helpful even arranging transfers with a very friendly driver called Thamas . Our actual flight was delayed and we didn't get to the apartment until about 3 am but felt that nothing at all was too much bother. I would not hesitate in recommending either the holiday or the flat and am hopeful to return soon. Definatly to stay in this beautiful apartment.

“Nothing could have been better.”

If you've read the other reviews then there isn't much more to add. The apartment is fantastic - location, comfort, cleanliness - all perfect. Stefano is a pleasure to deal with. Luca will meet you upon arrival and he is knowledgeable about Budapest and will provide you with great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and useful tips. If you are looking for an apartment rental, I can't think of any better place to stay in Budapest. You can walk to all the major sights, and when you are tired of walking, you are central to Budapest's excellent and easy to use public transit system. Take everyone's advice and book here.

The whole experience in booking this apartment was excellent, Stefano answered any question that we had and he even arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us there. Tamas the driver gave us some great tips and advice on the trip and was extremely helpful. On arrival we met Luca and he took us up to the apartment and gave us a 30min into to the area, places to see and the place itself, we do a lot of city breaks and this was by far the best customer service we have received. We were two 50 plus couples and the accommodation was plenty big enough for us and all of the fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. As for the pedestrian area it was great for discover the city on foot .The public transport as the tram 2 and 4 and the subway was also only a 1 minute walk , but we walked to most of the sights with no problem. There are plenty of places to eat within a ten minute walk and plenty of bars to grab a drink or two, also lots of supermarkets to buy bits and bobs to cook in the superb kitchen and diner in the nice balcony in quiet street.
