Lovely open spaces within the property and really well appointed with everything you would need. Balcony was a bonus for having a coffee in the morning. Very clean and close to shops, tram stop and within a short walk to the river. We would stay here again if we returned to Budapest.

Great apartment
Apartments are convenient on the edge of town. 20 mins walk to the centre and right next to a metro station so make it easier. Clean and modern the apartments are great and the team are really good as supporting behind the scene.

Property had a bad smell.
There was a water mold smell. Plus the air conditioning didn’t work well, it was very very uncomfortable.

Dear Guest,We thank you for the review.We are always available for assistance during your stay, however there was no contact from your side. The AC is working properly, we do always check the temperature of the apartments (remotely), in your case the apartment was between 21-21.5 celsius during your whole stay.We also advise guests to open thw windows for at least 20minutes a day to refeesh the air, and it seems that you kept the windows closed during your whole stay, we are sorry for that but we cannot open the windows instead you as we want to provide full privacy and undistuebed stay for our guests. The Downtown Residence apartments were outstanding. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and so very quiet that we all overslept! Couldn’t recommend these apartments enough in such a beautiful city!

We loved this large, beautiful apartment in Budapest. It was immaculate, spacious and very trendy. Every comfort had been thought of to make our trip feel perfect. Would definitely stay here if we return to beautiful Budapest.

Nice apartment
Had a nice stay and thought the apartment was very reasonably priced in a close proximity to the city centre , however the heated towel rail didn’t work which was frustrating as it had been pouring with rain and there was quite a few hairs found upon arrival , the sink and the floor being the main places. Overall happy with the stay and would recommend

Schöne große Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Bäder, bequeme Betten. Zentrale Lage, Shopping Mal, U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Aber 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl mit Koffern eine Zumutung, beide Fahrstühle während der ganzen Woche defekt. Die in der Hotelbeschreibung angeblich täglich besetzte Rezeption gab es gar nicht und die Anzahl der Handtücher war sehr knapp bemessen. Alles in allem aber trotz des täglichen Treppensteigens ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Clean apartment and amazingly good communications including organising transfer. Important to use metro or buses as location wise it’s slightly away from all the main tourist attractions in the city

Lovely place with good access to public transport and supermarkets As a woman on my own walking around the area I didn't feel 100% safe Very comfortable and good facilities, kitchen was equipped and everything worked as expected including a filter coffee machine Good to have access to a washing machine but there was no dryer function or clothes rack Check in was easy and we were able to check in early without issue

Great apartment! It had everything you can possibly need and more. We had a problem with the air con but the team was really helpful and fixed on the next day and left us a little treat. Will recommend!

Super leilighet, savner resepsjon/kontaktperson
Flott leilighet, god størrelse med 2 soverom og 2 bad. Ingen resepsjon som var betjent. Fikk etterhvert kontakt med en ansvarlig som hjalp oss med aircondition. Ingen kontakt med noen ifbm inn-/utsjekking, kun en mail som kom sent, noen timer før inn-/utsjekk. Denne burde vært sendt dagen før inn-/utsjekk. Ingen mulighet for tidligere innsjekking. Lite utstyr på kjøkken. Såpe, toalettpapir etc må kjøpes selv. Ingen renhold av leiligheten under 5 dagers opphold. Enkelt å komme seg til sentrum med offentlig transportmiddel. Litt langt å gå dersom man skal utforske områder i sentrum. Dårlig renhold av dører og fronter på kjøkkeninnredning, vond lukt som antageligvis kom fra teppet i stua og støy utenfra på natt. Ellers en fin leilighet og kunne gjerne bodd der igjen.

We provide cleaning during your stay if there is request (only for surcharge) as it is not a hotel. We provide reception during working hours in our office downstairs. We like the 5 min walk to the mall, metro station, bus and yellow train which will get you anywhere you want to go. Building was also quite new. Due to delayed arrival by Turkish Airlines, we had to fly the next day to Budapest. They replied promplty to my messages and it was a seamless transition even with our shuttle service to the property. Overall great experience and would love to come back. Thanks to property manager Balasz who was very kind and accomodating.

Great stay at this residence. The room was large with a full kitchen, a washer, and a large bathroom. The building is safe. The owners are very quick to respond and helped us with what we needed. It’s not in the busy hub of the city but it is easy to take a taxi. I would recommend this place. Great price too!

The apartment is very clean and close to a lot of major public transportation. The staff is very helpful and very nice. they answer within 5mins. The apartment is very spacious and the area is super safe! We would like to stay here next visit.
