Hotel Luna Qualitè prezzo accettabile, non molto centrale, ma con il prezzo dei taxi è come se fosse in centro.

Hotel Luna - essenziale e comodo
Albergo posto in zona residenziale, molto tranquilla, utile come base di partenza per arrivare in centro (passano lì vicinoe frequentemente 3 linee di tram 47,41 e 18, che consentono di arrivare in centro in 20-25 min. ca). Camere e albergo puliti ed essenziali (la TV ha canali ungheresi, tedeschi e solo la CNN); camere un po' calde ma impianto di condizionamento ok, colazione abbondante anche se non molto varia se non si ama la colazione di stile tedesco; personale giovane, gentile e cortese. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un supermercato e, a poche fermate (capolinea 18) un ipermercato; non ci sono ristoranti lì intorno, da tener conto se si arriva la sera, anche se alcuni negozietti di alimentari sono aperti fino a tardi.

LA POSIZIONE E' UN PO' FUORI MA COMODAMENTE SI PUO' RAGGIUNGERE IL CENTRO CON IL TRAM A POCA DISTANZA. CAMERA MOLTO GRANDE E ACCOGLIENTE, OTTIMA PULIZIA E POSIZIONE SILENZIOSA. LA COLAZIONE NON E' MOLTO VARIA MA ABBONDANTE.

hotel da suggerire in estate
Hotel situato in una zona perfiferica tranquillissima di Buda ma ben collegata con il da tre linee di tram che in 20 minuti portano in centro, dotato di aria condizionata, le camere sono un po rumorose per via di una grossa arteria stradale che transita vicino. Ha anche il parcheggio e possiede anche un PC a disposizione degli ospito con connessione gratuita a internet.Da consigliare per un soggiorno in estate per via della posizione tranquilla e del quartiere fresco verde e per via dell aria condizionata in camera. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità\prezzo, colazione a buffe inclusa (latte, spremute, yogurt, cereali, frutta, dolci, pane, affettati vari)... le camere piccoline ma molto confortevoli! un pò fuori mano, ma basta prendere la linea47 del tram (la fermata è a circa 300m) ed in 15minuti si è in centro

Buon compromesso qualità/prezzo
Adatto a chi vuole una sistemazione non troppo costosa ma comunque buona. E' un po' fuori dal centro in una zona residenziale tranquilla, a circa 300m si trova una fermata del tram e con uno qualsiasi dei tre che passano si raggiunge il centro (attesa media di qualche minuto). La colazione è abbondante ma non "italiana", ci sono uova, pancetta, bacon, salsicce etc ma niente croissant o cappuccini. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite e comunque decorose. Poichè alle 23 i mezzi pubblici si fermano, la distanza limita un po' gli orari serali a meno di prendere un taxi per tornare. Per questo e per la mancanza dell'ascensore nell'hotel, consigliato a chi ha voglia di camminare un po', ha gambe buone ed è disposto a rinunciare ad un po' di comfort in cambio di un prezzo competitivo. Ultima nota positiva, connessione wi-fi gratuita se siete a portata del segnale anche in camera.

l'abito non fa il monaco....visto dalla foto sembra molto carino ma......veramente niente di eccezionale.hotel molto lontano dal centro( occorre prendere tram n 47 che in 25 minuti circa ti porta alla stazione metro n.b. se piove e fa freddo non esiste una pensilina per ripararsi!!)camere mal pulite(un mio capello giaceva per 2 gg sul pavimento del bagno) della colazione o presunta tale (a buffet) meglio non parlarne..il personale gentile e cortese. molto deludente

Great option for a no-frills stay
The Luna is near a tram line, so getting around the city is not difficult. Breakfast is available and you can buy beverages in the lobby. There's also a grocery store a pleasant-3-block-walk away that's open til 9pm. Rooms are clean, but no frills, and like most European hotels, are less roomy than US-standard. There are air conditioners in the rooms, but you have to ask at the front desk for the remote to operate it. The hotel's parking lot and a grassy area are separated from the street by a tall wooden fence, which gives guests the feeling of privacy.

very unpeasant place
this was the worst experience in a hotel in a long time. We wanted a hotel with safe parking place. Thats what we got, but nothing else. The room had two very small beds with a hard cover, no real matress, one chair for two people, barely space for two suitcases. The toilette bowl was not clened for three days. The carped was old and not well clened. Breakfast was below average, and if you did not arrive during the first hours, supplies were not replenished, and the staff wasrude and ignorant

GREAT TRANSIT HIGHWAY OVERNIGHT FOR TRAVELERS
Great service. For a transit highway overnight it is more than great. I am annualy driving for private purpose from Berlin Germany to Bulgaria, I was happy having booked that hotel. After a long and tiring drive alol I needed was a fresh bed and a good shower. I was ready to continue my second leg of my journey.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Möbel waren zwar alt, aber es war sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es alles was man braucht: Brötchen, Marmelade, Käse & Wurst, Rührei, Joghurt, Obst usw. Die Tram ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man ist in ca. 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Wir hatten 5 Tagen im Hotel Luna verbracht. Die Personal war sehr nett und haben uns immer wieder weiter geholfen. Leider war das frühstück nicht besonders gut aber um etwas morgen zu frühstücken und Geld zu sparen war das genug. Der Hotel war nicht weit von centrum entfernt und alles war gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung nur wurde in die 5 Tage nicht bei uns sauber gemacht oder Toilettenpapier mindestens nach gefüllt. Alles um alles für eine Woche wirklich gut und günstig. Wurde noch mal kommen.

Ligger allt för långt ifrån staden för min smak. Ligger i delen "Buda", och tar cirka 25 min. med spårvagn att ta sig till med spårvagn (+5 min. promenad). Frukosten var helt OK, saknade dock grövde eller knäckebröd och det var ganska urplockat redan vid 9-tiden. Servicen var däremot suverän! De hjälpte oss att beställa hem mat (och kom upp med maten till rummet) när vi inte orkade ta oss ut själva. De finns dator att låna i lobbyn (gratis) samt fri wifi på hotellen. TV ingår också, CNN var den enda engelska kanalen. Att åka taxi från hotellet till flygplatsen, är dyrare om du inte ringer Själv och bokar! Ring själv och be om "fixed price" om du ska till flygplatsen f.ex.

LUNA Hotel Budapest - very good but cheap
We stayed with 3 people for 3nights and had a special offer, so the price was very cheap. Room and Bathroom (ensuite) very clean. The staff very helpful with different information. Buffet breakfast good and variety of choices. Its location is not in the city center but there is a tram line with direct connection to the inner city. Overall, we had a perfect stay in Budapest and in the LUNA Hotel.

Hotel Luna in Budapest - affordable base for city
Hotel is located some way from city centre- though tram stop is a short walk away - about 25 min journey by tram; cost ~e1.50. Car parking on hotel grounds included. Breakfast was a mix of cereal, cold meats, scrambled eggs, plus bread, Jam, Yogurt; again included in price. Room was basic but clean- no tea/ coffee making, shower only/ no bath- linen & towels were clean. Furnishings were basic & worn. Bed was not to my liking but after a day's walking in the city I had no problem sleeping. Didn't notice any AC but I was there in April so did not need it. TV was satellite but maybe one english channel. Free wireless internet included. Reception & breakfast area was clean & tidy. Staff were quiet; but helpful. It works as a base for seeing the city, if you don't mind using public transport, or driving & parking in city centre. I would return. Really good value.

Gerne wieder einmal in diesem Hotel
Kompetenter, Englisch sprechender Empfang. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gut ausgerüstetes Badezimmer mit Foehn. Die Zimmer gibt es mit einem kleinen Balkon und mit TV inkl. deutschen Sendern. Kostenloser Parkplatz in einem abschliessbaren Innenhof. Das Hotel ist ca. 15-20min vom Stadtzentrum mit dem Tram entfernt. Die ÖV sind gut zu erreichen. Tickets können im Hotel gekauft werden. In der Umgebung (10min zu Fuss) ist ein Einkaufscenter mit diversen Shops, Lebensmittelgeschäften und Geldwechselmöglichkeiten.

VERY VERY VERY nice and helpfull staff. I even lost my car key, but they found it and kept it for me. Very clean hotel. A little too far from the action, and i imagine it would be difficult to get around if you don't go there by car, but if you arrive with one, it's all good. Very good food also, for the morning buffet. Not a ton of options, but pretty wide sprea range of thing you can eat.

Ample car parking. modern style hotel, rooms acceptable although becoming a little dated. Breakfast buffet was fine. No internet / wifi, apparently issues with it, which was disappointing. Hotel is away from the city centre, but knew that before booking.

Alles in allem ist das Luna Hotel ein hervorragendes Hotel, das seine 3 Sterne verdient hat.Die Zimmer sind schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Bezüglich Sauberkeit tiptop. Frühstücksbuffett leicht osteuropäisch angehaucht (viel Fleisch), aber mit einer ausreichenden Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt in Ungarns Hauptstadt uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Not impressed, but maybe good for budget travelers, remote location is the biggest problem
It is a decent, clean hotel. Good value for the money but located too far from the city center to be convenient for most travelers without a car. Rooms are clean but very small, beds are not comfortable, old televisions do not work properly, phone in the rooms do not work for outside callers. On the bright side there is free internet and decent breakfast, service is also polite and willing to help with information and public transportation. Overall it is recommended for budget travelers who do not mind a 20 minute to half hour commute to the city every day.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!
Das Hotel liegt in einem (nicht ganz so schönen aber normalen) Vorort von Budapest. In diesem Ort ist nicht viel los aber die budapester City ist mit der Straßenbahn (ca. 150 Meter vom Hotel) sehr gut und regelmäßig in etwa 20 Min. zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber und ordentlich. Morgens erwartet einen das durchaus reichhaltige Frühstück (bis 10.00 Uhr). Ein Restaurant gibts es im Hotel aber leider nicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen auch sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Transfer vom Flughafen (ca. 45 Min.) kann ich nur den s.g. "Minibus" empfehlen, dieser ist direkt am Flughafen zu buchen und günstiger als ein Taxi (Flughafen-Hotel Luna: ca. 16,00€). Für den Geldwechselt sollte man abwarten bis man in der budapester City ist, hier ist der Kurs bedeutend besser als am Flughafen.
