A pochi metri due supermercati aperti dalle 8.00 alle 22.00 , 2 banche con servizio bancomat , farmacia e panetteria , bar e diversi ristoranti.
L’appartamento è all’interno di un palazzo storico del 1889 “Dreher Palota”: rimarrete affascinati dalle sue facciate e dallo splendido cortile in stile neo-rinascimentale, salendo la particolare scala vi sembrerà di rivivere l’atmosfera della Budapest di fine ‘800..

All’interno gli alti soffitti e parquet originali, ben si sposano con l’arredamento contemporaneo creando un’atmosfera accogliente e confortevole .
La cucina completamente accessoriata con macchina da caffè espresso lavazza, internet wifi, tv con canali esteri, ottima selezione di biancheria per bagno e letto vi garantiranno un soggiorno perfetto.
L’appartamento è contiguo ad altri due , ottima soluzione per famiglie o gruppi di amici che voglio soggiornare insieme.

To be legal, apartments for short term rental need to be registered as a tourist apartment with a license and it follows the Hungarian tourist law and for this we need your e-
mail.
Information about the required data and applicable legislation can be found here: vizainfo.hu.
You will receive an e-mail from VENDEGEM, the tourist office (in the email you have provided to me).
The subject of the mail is : " VENDÉGEM - Self check-in is available for your reservation ".
If you can't find it in your e-mail please check in the Spam.
Start the self check-in process BEFORE your arrival because without this process you can't stay in the apartment.
This function makes it possible for you to provide all the guest data that is necessary to use the chosen accommodation’s services, before your arrival to the
accommodation.
This process is mandatory by the Hungarian law for receiving the information for the access to the apartment.
Please note that the accommodation where you have made the reservation offers to guests the option to use self check-in with any extra cost.
-2- The apartment can be used only by our checked-in guests in VENDÉGEM.
You can't invite other guests during your stay without preview autorisation and the price is 25€ per night and per person.
If we have a control from the Tourist office we lose the licence and receive a big fine to pay.
-3- For better security of our customers, surveillance cameras are present in the building and outside the apartments.
Please always LOCK the doors to your apartment , the door can be opened from outside , i.e. the street door, the apartment door and the security gate if available.
In case any apartment key would be lost you should inform us immediately ,the necessary new lock and key changes will be charged to you.(200€)
-4- Rules of the Check Out :
- Please wash any used dishes (dishwasher available in the apartment) and remove any rubbish in the garbage cans of the building.
- Switch off the air conditioner before leaving the apartment
- If nobody comes for the check out, you can leave one set of keys on the table and you can place one set in the same key box of the check-in
- Check Out at 10:00 AM (in the morning). For late check-out, please ask it one day before your departure if it’s possible (prices available in the Extras costs section).
You have pay for the cleaning but IS NOT INCLUDED :
the unorganized apartment , furniture out of place, shopping bags and unwanted items scattered around the apartment, left dishes to wash...
Please leave the apartment in the same general condition as you found it on arrival, and respect the cleanliness (dishes washed...)
Any damage caused during your stay must be compensated by you.
-5- Should you face any problem with the apartment while you're staying, please inform us immediately.
-6- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
-7- Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden and is possible only in the courtyard and on the private balcony.
-8- If you want to use the apartment for “photoshoot ” you have to request it before your arrival and you have to pay an extra charge.
-9- This point is particularly important and no concessions will be made: Please pay respect to other residents of the house. Please close the doors carefully and silently,
stay away from any behavior that can disturb any residents particularly after 9PM. We reserve the right to cancel the service immediately with keeping the whole fee of the
rental if we receive any valid complaints from other residents of the house. We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartment for other activities, illegal
activities or to invite escorts during the stay. We do not accept reservations for birthdays, stag or hen parties, or of football supporters coming to European Championship
matches... Thank you for your understanding.
-10- We are not responsible for noise caused by : public works, renovations, private parties in others apartments
We are not responsible if the Wi-Fi does not work for reasons related to operator problems (Vodafone). We are not responsible for electricity cuts caused by the energy
crisis.
-11- Due to the energy crisis , ecological crisis and the measures taken by the Hungarian Government , the heating in the apartment is set between 19 C° and 22 C° for
your confort. The heating setting is not accessible for guests but the temperature can be checked on the digital box in the apartment. In winter, the air conditioning system is
not available for guests.
And we kindly ask to apply the following measures .
When you are not in the apartment :
1- Turn off all lights and TV
2-Turn off the air conditioning
3 - Unplug charger cable ( Phone /PC / Iron ...)
from power outlets
When you are in the apartment :
1- Turn Off the lights in rooms where you are not
2 -Unplug charger cables ( phone /pc / Iron ... )
from power outlets if you are not using it
EXTRA COST:
During your stay you can use all the apartment but for bookings for one or two guests only the large bedroom will be prepared for your stay, if you want to have 2 separate
bedrooms you need to request it before your arrival and you will be charged an extra 20€ .
ATTENTION : we are not sure to guarantee this service if we don’t have this information in time.
(Less than 48 hour, if we can make it the cost is 60€)
If you need a baby crib you need to request it at least 48 hours before your arrival and will be charged an extra 20€

CHECK-IN in person the cost is 35€

For the reservation more longer than 30 days .
About the utilities fees:
gas free charge till 70 m3/month
water free charge till 8m3/month
electricity free charge till 140 KW/h month
For all above extra the costs are:
gas: 140,- HUF x m3
water: 700,50 HUF x m3
electricity: 45,- HUF x 1KW/h
The apartment cleaning is not included during your stay, the cleaning staff asks 6000 huf/hour If you need invoice for your company you need to pay the tax .( 19%)
