Hotel situato in un'ottima posizione, pochi passi dalla metro e dalla fermata del bus, note negativa un pò la pulizia del bagno, provvedevano solo alla sistemazione delle camere senza lavare. Per i costi del soggiorno credo che il servizio sia un pò scarso.

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram. Personale molto scortese alla reception, ma in particolare modo quello addetto alle pulizie, effettuate in orari improponibili specialmente per chi desiderasse un po’ di relax, o semplicemente una doccia dopo pranzo. Il primo giorno la nostra camera non è stata pulita, ma una svista ci sta, e abbiamo risolto chiamando in reception. Dal secondo giorno in poi gli orari delle pulizie oscillavano tra le 15:30 e le 17:40, veramente orari assurdi. Asciugamani bagnati e sporchi lasciati sul pavimento mai cambiati, semplicemente raccolti dagli addetti. L’unica “pulizia” consisteva nello svuotare i cestini e sistemare il letto. Il terzo giorno siamo tornati in hotel alle 15:30 dopo una mattinata stancante, vediamo le signore delle pulizie entrare e subito uscire dalla nostra camera, abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se avessero finito in modo da capire se potessimo entrare o meno, per tutta risposta hanno iniziato ad urlare in inglese che stavano pulendo, irritate dalla nostra presenza intimandoci in malo modo a tacere perché stavano parlando al cellulare. Insomma, un’esperienza assurda che ha dell’incredibile. Ad ogni modo il ristorante dell’hotel è molto buono, anche se solo una parte del suo personale è gentile e disponibile. La vista sarà sicuramente meravigliosa, a meno che non si capiti, come nel nostro caso, vista strada. Pro: posizione buona. Contro: bagno sprovvisto di bidet, personale MOLTO scortese, pulizia PESSIMA.

One of the most comfortable journeys in Budapest I’ve ever had. Also the location is really nice, close to the center and along the river. Spacious room and nice ambient in general. Available parking lot included in the hotel offer...rare in structures close to the center. AMAZING!

Un bel albergo in riva al danubio
Sono stato diverse volte in questo albergo e reputo che sia un ottimo compromesso per chi vuole godersi il Danubio dalla sua camera d'albergo. Nel complesso l'albergo risulta essere pulito e il personale della reception educato e disponibile per qualunque cosa. Colazione abbastanza variegata e buona ma sala principale troppo rumorosa. Consiglio la sala adiacente.

Vacanza turistica a Budapest

Ottimo hotel
Ottimo hotel in zona molto ben servita come mezzi (fermata del tram di fronte all'hotel). Ottimo buffet della colazione, vario e con alimenti anche per persone con intolleranze. Camera molto pulita e con bellissima vista sul Danubio.

Albergo elegante, confortevole in ottima posizione
Tutto eccellente. La bella struttura, molto particolare, unisce due edifici, uno moderno e uno barocco, entrambi molto curati. Nella parte moderna, dove abbiamo soggiornato, le camere sono molto ampie e confortevoli. Ottime la cortesia e efficienza del personale, la pulizia e la colazione, abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità. Posizione centrale, con strepitosa vista sul Parlamento e sulla Chiesa di Mattia, servita benissimo dagli ottimi mezzi pubblici della città. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Nice and clean
Good hotel between the river and the castle. The room were clean and well furnished. Coffee and tea are free. Breakfast is a little expensive and you must give 100€ deposit if you don't have a credit card.

Just in front of the parliament
Ideally located by the Danube with a magnificent view of Pest and the parliament. Only a very short walk from chain bridge and the fisherman's bastion with Mattia church. Tram stop Just by the door and metro at 5 min walk. We were upgraded to a large room on 7th floor with spectacular views of the parliament. Good valute for money. Didn't try breakfast, you can find cheaper options in nearby cafés.

Ottimo Hotel
Hotel in Ottima posizione, in 10min a piedi si raggiunge il castello e 15min il palazzo imperiale, fermata della metro a 2 minuti. Altamente consigliata la camera vista fiume, la vista sul fiume e il parlamento è magnifica. Personale gentile, la colazione è abbondante.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questo splendido Hotel a due passi dal Danubio. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, una camera matrimoniale molto grande e moderna con servizio di pulizia eccellente.

Hotel itself wasn’t bad. The girl at check in wasn’t very friendly and our room never cooled off even after calling front desk to tell them air wasn’t working. The guy working the bar was very nice. Hotel is within walking distance to a lot of stuff.

The first impression was good, clean entrance and pleasant staff. Check in went without a hitch. I booked a superior room with river view and balcony. On arrival in our room we went out on to the balcony to enjoy the view, however h balcony was littered with cigarette ends from the previous customers, as neither of us smoke this was very disappointing, i called recepton and they apologised and said they would send a housekeeper to clean it, which they did by th tim she arrived 5 minutes later i had discovered that a wine glass in the cupboard which still had wine in it, the housekeeper also replaced the glass but this was not the standard i would have expected for a superior room. Later in the evening i decided to run a bath and discovered a toenail clipping in th bath :( i was too tired to complain again so i just cleaned it myself, there was also a nail clipping on the floor in the corner which i didnt remove and despite the room being "cleaned" 3 times whilst we were there it was still in the corner of the bathroom when we left. A very disappointing experience!! The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. Staff in the restaurant and the food were both very good. Lovely view across the river, however be aware that the road and tram lines run along in front of the hotel aswell so its noisy day and night.

The river view room was exactly as promised - could see Parliament and the Chain Bridge lit up at night - stunning - as well as sunsets and sunrises in that area. Staff was extremely patient and polite with our questions and requests. Thank you.

Friendly,helpful staff were best feature. Views front and back just stunning. Quiet superior room at back allowed us to sit in sun at end of day with windows wide,open looking at castle area.well placed for all public transport. Away from the hustle of the Pest side. Perhaps a hotel for the older generation rather than clubbers. Genteel but could do with new carpets in bedroom.Some nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

The Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Its located along the north south tram line with a convenient station in front of the Hotel. The view of the river and parliament building is spectacular
