Set along the rugged Cornish coastline, Bude is renowned for being one of North Cornwall’s top beach retreats. With its impressive array of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of local amenities including pedalo hire for use down the canal, ten-pin bowling, and the well-renowned golf course, this escape won’t leave you short of family fun activities. The foodies amongst guests are also well catered for with the town serving up all sorts of local delicacies across the wide variety of cafés, pubs, and restaurants. Exploring the coastline is made easy being situated along the South West Coast Path, or better yet take the short drive along the A39 to popular fishing villages such as Boscastle (14 miles) and Port Isaac (25 miles).

Upon entering this light and contemporary home you will soon notice the care and attention made to make this a stunning family retreat. Making your way through the front entrance will bring you into the hallway which leads on through to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, whilst there is also a breakfast bar and additional dining table and chairs, an ideal space to plan the day ahead. For more formal dining, there is an elegant dining room across the hallway for those evening family meals. Stroll back on through the French doors into the lounge, a lovely comfortable space with a warming wood burner, two large leather sofas, and an armchair to relax on whilst watching a favourite film or programme on the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is the utility area housing a freezer, washing machine, and separate WC. Moving up the staircase will bring you to the landing with a sofa to relax and read a good book. You can access the four bedrooms from here. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The second bedroom also provides the luxury of a super king-size bed, whilst the final two bedrooms handily offer something different providing a set of twin beds -one set, however, has zip-and-link beds that can be adjoined upon request to create a super-king-size bed. Finally completing the interior is the chic family bathroom containing a bath, separate shower, and WC.

You can make your way to the spacious, enclosed garden via the kitchen, the lounge French doors, the utility area, or direct from the driveway to the right side of the property. This space has a multitude of idyllic features including the decking where you can chill on a sun lounger and enjoy views over the rolling fields, the picture-perfect outdoor seating area, and of course the lawned area for the children and four-pawed friends to run off some energy. The security of being fully enclosed allows everyone to truly relax. There is private off-road parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
