“Beautiful views and fresh air. Helium was a fantastic host, always polite and ready to help us however we needed. House was clean and bedroom was as described. Our flight was late in the evening so we were allowed to stay an extra 6 hours and Helium even went to collect some food. Breakfast was tasty and very filling. We loved it here and plan to return. “Stunning property, impeccable service. Spent 3 days here in a Himalayan View Junior Suite which was well appointed, very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the balcony every morning listening to the chanting from the monestary and viewing the local birds. Customer service is where they truly shine, everyone was very welcoming. Enjoyed several spa treatments at the Devarana Spa with Bhawani who performed magnificent therapy. Enjoyed a session of Himalaya Sound Bowl Therapy with their resident yoga...

“We stayed in the suite 902. The wifi did not work for most of our stay. The electric outlets are so loose your charger does not stay in the wall you have to prop up the bottom of the charger with a book or glass to keep it from falling out of the socket. The light switches are in odd locations, for example to turn on the bathroom light you have to go to the far side of the room to a group of switches by the bedside and turn on all lights. The coffee offered in the room was nescafe packets. ...
