The whole trip was overall very fun and the hotel was convenient for us as far as travel, recreational activities around and food options. The hotel was busy with accommodated guest who I thought were also getting the same beneficial treatment as I did. It was a pleasure staying here and will gladly stay in the future.

For the price, this hotel is incredible. Well maintained, friendly staff, easy access to all Southern California has to offer. Will stay again when in the area.

Very unpleasant experience. As I was checking out. Approximately 15 minutes behind check out schedule. Yet, I received three different knocks @door, from three different individuals. Assuming the last person was a manager of housekeeping. To be bombarded with people at the door every five minutes. When I come to this hotel, it’s out of pure convenience, cleanliness and price is competitive to my exclusive favorites, such as the Westin. This was on my listed as favorite for lower end price hotels. However, if this happens again, I certainly will not be back again. There certainly needs a better protocol for check out, Especially for those guest that have come there throughout the year periodically.

They need a hot tub. Also invest in some new beds, very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when you or your partner moves.

It was a nice comfortable stay but they can have their TV channels stay on all day and night regardless of what channel you turn to and no matter what time of night it is. Because my TV at home doesn't even do that but other than the TV it was great. Get some bug/mosquitos zapper

The property is older but clean and quiet; very thin blanket on beds so had to request extra; staff responded quickly to calls/requests; microwave was only available in lobby not in the room; property is close to Black Bear Diner which was delicious; there was an outage with internet provider so TV was out for part of the short stay; room rate should have been a bit lower since no continental breakfast or microwave in room.

We are always welcomed with a smile. Carolyne is absolutely amazing. There was also the night time staff female who was kind and friendly when I rang the after hours buzzer needing utensils for out door dash order. I will always recommend Good Nite Inn for family and friends. Clean, Safe and friendly staff.

Checked in around 7PM and the staffmember was courteous and friendly. Got a set of keys and headed to our room, only to find that the bedsheets were stained and obviously dirty. Went to the front desk to ask for housekeeping to change the sheets, but was told that they weren't there in the evening so we had to change the sheets ourselves. Also there were two very different temperatures of light in the room; not the biggest deal but obviously jarring when the bedroom has 5000K lighting (similar to fluorescent office lighting) and the bathroom was 2700K. The bathroom was decently clean with good water pressure.
