“The hotel and staff were lovely. I did not give this a 5-star rating as I had booked transportation through the hotel from the airport to the hotel, and had received several confirmations. On arrival at the airport, did not find any car waiting for me. When I called the hotel, they had my booking but did not where where the car was. “Our room needed refurbishment, mainly narrow and old-fashioned bathroom. Bedroom needs a revamp. Wardrobe is tiny; we couldn't unpack our suitcases. Common spaces are pleasant, bright.
