A comfortable and cozy apartment with two separate bedrooms and a touch of authentic design. It can accommodate up to 5 (five) people and is located on a quiet street, just a few meters from the station.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, providing plenty of privacy for guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, heat/cool air conditioning, a spacious closet, and other furniture and accessories. We also provide a crib. The second bedroom has two (2) single beds and a closet. Both bedrooms are bright and well-ventilated. The living room, with its modern and fun decor, features heating, a spacious and comfortable sofa bed, a SMART LED TV, a DVD player, a home theater system (with connectivity to electronic devices), a desk, and other furnishings. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything needed for six people and is perfect for cooking enthusiasts. The full bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
Check-in is from 2:30 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m. (noon). If we do not have guests checking out and checking in on the same day, we can move up check-in or delay check-out, but this must be confirmed the day before.
ADDITIONAL FEES: For check-in after 10:00 PM or check-out before 8:00 AM, a fee of US$10 will be charged for each occurrence, as applicable.
