Great place and great owners
Very well located and equipped, with the rooftop pool as a great bonus ( it was HOT!) . The owners were always available to help. I recommend!

beautiful apartment
Laura was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early and check out late. obviously, this cant always be done. the apartment is spacious and well equipped. plenty of storage space for all of our stuff. very easy to Uber to and from here. we explored a good part of the city. be very careful with your personal belongings, everywhere in the city. my husband had his phone stolen from his front pocket, in the downtown area in daylight. they're very talented thieves here.

San Telmo Experience
This one bedroom apartment is located in a newer building amid the historic San Telmo neighborhood. We did a lot of walking to see many sights but there is access to transit if a bus pass is purchased. There are also some nice restaurants nearby which we enjoyed.

Love this apartment!
Loved the apartment, the rooftop area/view, and the neighborhood. It was very easy to walk to grocery, bakery, restaurants, San Telmo Market, etc. The place was just what we wanted and we really got to get the feel of the neighborhood.

Wonderful apartment, well-meaning host
We loved the quiet, spacious apartment, balcony, views, and neighborhood. This rental was terrific value for a long stay. Laura was cheerfully accommodating when we had to change our arrival date and our departure time, and she kindly made our pre-dawn check-in painless. Host services during our stay were sometimes hotel-quality, other times spotty. To her credit, Laura provided us a wealth of valuable advice for our stay, and it took her only minutes to have a corkscrew delivered to our door! Other requests went unfulfilled for days. Though promised before we arrived, we did not get a second set of keys (needed for building entry and exit) until the 10th day of our 12-day stay, which was a real issue when one or both of us were out of the building on different schedules, as there is no staff in the lobby, and you need to use a key fob to unlock doors to enter as well as exit the building. We did not have the promised A/C in our BR for nearly all of our stay, and despite repeated requests, never got hand towels for the bathroom, a first for us with a VRBO property. These lapses notwithstanding, Laura is a lovely person who offers extraordinary value for travelers, and we're glad we found this apartment.

Very efficient
Love this apartment, and the building as well, very clean and cute, lots of sunlight. The host are very responsive and flexible. There is not one thing that I don’t like about my stay, enjoyed very much and will be back!

Excepcional
Una estadía hermosa! Dpto tal cual se muestra en la foto Con todas las comodidades y más. En un piso 9, pero con todas las ventanas y balcón asegurados. En una zona hermosa, turística, rodeado de súper, carnicerías, verdulerías, subte a 4 cuadras, y a 3 cuadras de la avenida principal donde pasan todos los colectivos q te llevan a dónde quieras. Laura el anfitrión, increíble!! Desde el momento que decidimos hospedarnos en su dpto nos ayudó a que todo nuestro viaje fluyera increíblemente! Sin duda ya tengo dpto para volver cuando visite nuevamente Buenos Aires!! Hiper recomendado!!!

Excelente departamento con todo lo nesecerio para una estadia comoda accsecible para personas con discapacidad ....ubicacion de medios de transporte a 3 cuadras subte y estacion de tren ... zona segura

Excellent location! The host responded to all inquiries quickly and efficiently. It was sorely lacking in linens (one face cloth for two people, no bath mat, no hand towels. Otherwise fine.

Es un lindo departamento , muy amplio y cómodo. , Más lindo aún que en las fotos . Ubicado en San Telmo , a 2 cuadras de la avenida caseros que está llena de buenos locales gastronómicos . Súper recomendable

Experiência gratificante
O apartamento é muito bem localizado no bairro de San Telmo, um dos bairros mais típicos de Buenos Aires. Tudo no apartamento funciona bem, com destaque para a ducha impecável e o aquecimento. Quarto bem equipado com ótimo colchão e roupas de cama de qualidade. Sala confortável e espaçosa. Acolhida simpática por Diego, sempre atento e prestativo. Quando voltar a Buenos Aires, espero me hospedar novamente neste apartamento. Um obrigado caloroso para a proprietária Laura que sempre respondeu prontamente a todas as mensagens.
