The Space:

Welcome to our brand new lofts for 3 and 4 people! This beautiful accommodation has two spacious and bright rooms, with designer furniture to make your stay a unique experience.



Each apartment has a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year. In addition, they have a single sofa bed and single beds adaptable to a double bed, so you can accommodate yourself according to your needs. In addition, they have high-speed internet, so you can stay connected at all times.



The lofts are located in a privileged area of the city, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions such as the famous Chinatown. The building is located just 600 meters from the Mas Monumental stadium of River Plate, where shows by great artists are held as well as soccer matches of the River Plate team itself and the Argentine National Team.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



The Neighborhood:

Belgrano is a beautiful neighborhood in Buenos Aires, known for its tranquility and elegance. It is an ideal place to walk and enjoy its wide tree-lined avenues, parks and squares. Calle Cabildo is a popular point for shopping and finding restaurants and cafes. Chinatown offers a unique dining experience. The Cornelio de Saavedra Historical Museum tells the history of the neighborhood and the city. There are varied leisure options and good connectivity thanks to the nearby train station and bus lines. A visit to Belgrano is an excellent option for tourists looking for a quiet and elegant experience in Buenos Aires.



Getting Around:

Belgrano offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
