The basic bones of this property are excellent, especially the kitchen, and there's quite a bit of storage space. The window lets in lots of light and there's a good view of the sky. The problem is that it's not being well maintained and cared for. Things are getting damaged and breaking and not being replaced or repaired. Lightbulbs were out, several of them, the bidet leaked, the shower got water on the floor (a lot of it), etc. Some of the linens are soiled. There's one washer in the basement that sometimes worked, so I wouldn't count on it. The picture shows the place when it was new, and it's no longer new.The location is excellent, especially in terms of access to public transport and some parks and tons of stores and restaurants. The manager is very responsive, but not sure the owner cares about maintaining the place well.
