The low price is good for a quick one-nighter where you don't need to stay in the hotel room too much. However, if you plan on staying longer or want to spend time in your room, maybe try a different hotel. This one is very old and many pieces of furniture are broken, walls are stained, the floors (carpets) are permanently damp, and the beds are minimally comfortable. Despite other reviews, I didn't find anything too off-putting, it really is just the hotels age. There were no bed bugs or stains on the sheets, and the towels and bathroom were clean.

I disliked the stay. I was unable to stay there after observing mold spots in the closet, food tainted linen indicating the linens had not been washed. There was a moldy smell that I could not tolerate, forcing me to put on one of my masks while inside the room. I tried to make it work but ended up checking out shortly after I had checked in. Has this place been inspected by public health? I ask because exposure to mold is unhealthy.

Property in a very bad condition, paint peeling off the walls, crack in the walls inside the room, horrible smells at the entrance and hallway, stain on the bed sheets . Very poor or no cleaning in public area and room. Hotel is a 10 minutes from the airport. Looks like an abandoned building from the outside. It was a horrible hotel experience. Buffalo is an amazing city

Really no hot water we had to let it run for a bit, had to ask for toilet paper and towels. We also had to slam our door to make sure it was closed We had to bring our dirty towels and garbage downstairs Totally not worth the $400.00

Very badly kept. Paint chipped on inside and outside. Ants in the bathroom. Our door key stopped working twice. Had to wait 5-10 minutes at front desk for someone to fix key. No refrigerated. Unfriendly and not knowledgeable staff. Employee we asked had no idea where the ice machine was.

The hotel itself was what I expected for the price. It had a few problems, the bathrooms were worn down. It was hit or miss what you got in each room. We had two rooms the same size and one had a working tv and a table with chairs. The other room had a microwave and fridge. We didn't have a problem with the smell since we were in the "smoke free" rooms. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. And the property is in a very convenient location. They warn there's no elevator to the second floor and that noise-free rooms are not guaranteed. The noise was fine where we were. The second floor wasn't a problem for our group either. Overall, go if you're on a budget and don't expect the best quality stuff. But it wasn't a "nightmare hotel" like other reviews had me worried it'd be.

This facility was absolutely nasty! I tried to give it a chance, and i checked in. I got to my room and it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I walked around the extremely tiny room and found feces on the wall in the bathroom. There was cigarette burn hole in the comforter, and the pillows smelled like body sweat. I left immediately and was refunded by Expedia.

The building itself is in horrible condition. The room had a moldy musty smell on top of that they require a $60 deposit to be held on your card and that is not known before hand

The beds has blood stains on them, the toilet in the one room we had would lean forward when you sat on it the rooms were also cold. The lady at the front desk was very rude when we were checking in and clearly displayed that she didn’t want us booking a room.

Nightmare hotel!
It was so disgusting and smelled so bad i immediately threw up in the toilet. Unacceptable! This place should be shut down! There were lipstick stains on the shower curtain and mirror, there was a used q tip on the bathroom floor, hair all over in the bathtub, bugs and what looked like a scab. Used soap on the floor hair and dirt all over the toilet. Mirror and sink were awful. Floor needs to be cleaned. There was soot all over the walls. The alarm clock and lamp were broken. The bed has crumbs in it and sheets were dirty. Towels were not neat. Carpet felt gross. Tv did not work or have remote. Windowsill was filthy. I was afraid to touch anything. It looks like they never clean. I would never wish this on my worst enemy. What a nightmare! ive Stayed at a number of hotels and this is by far the worst.

Had burn marks or dark dirt stains on the carpets. Still had hairs in bathtub and toilet. Paid for 2 nights and only stayed for 2 minutes and walked straight to front desk to get a refund and only got 1 night back because of “policy” 0/10 would not recommend

I liked the male staff they were really nice. I appreciated that he was able to fix my reservation. The lady who worked the night shift seemed kind of moody. This hotel is good just to sleep and go if you need something last minute. I wouldnt personally get a room for vaca. Our bathroom wasnt really clean,shower, and walls were dirty. The room itself was clean but our sheets had cigarette burns and it was a smoke free room. Not many outlets. Our key worked only 1x and we had to kept having them open our door which was annoying. Also worst part no elevator.I must say the location is convenient. Lots of places to eat/shop near by. Parking is convenient as well. Again if you just need somewhere to stay for a night or two this is perfect. You get what you pay for.

Desk clerk was very nice and tried to help with TV, originally did not show anything because HDMI cord was disconnected -- even when attached, it that only allowed us to watch 1 cannel, CNN. Remote did not work, clerk could not find another that would work. Property very run down, dirty. Bed cover was stained, top sheet was stained, walls had food splatter, toilet had fecal matter on it, bathroom floor had hair on it (have pictures). I realize we booked last minute and did not expect top of the line but basic, clean and sanitary room is expected at any price. Room had an odor when we entered. Later, our "neighbor" was clearly partaking in natural cigarettes, the smell permeated to our room. Will not stay here again.

Its obviously a hotel thats seen better days. Pretty run down, the room wasnt even big enough for a table and chair. However, it did have a fridge and microwave. And the bed was comfortable. But i could only get one channel and it was Adult Swim. But it was cheap and served its purpose.

Reasonable priced no frills but comfy
I was there just one night didn’t have issues quick an easy check in and out process

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, personale e servizio, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
I did not like anything. The room had a bad smell, did not have a closet door, did not have a hanging clothes rack, house keeping didn't clean it the entire time I stayed there, the staff wasn't friendly but they were not rude either.
