“For the good... Brenda, at check in, was helpful, as usual. Not so good... 1) There were several small bugs along the window still, and a few on the corner table. I didn't see any on/in the bed, so we still opted to stay. Fortunately, there were no creepy crawlies, and we were able to sleep well through the night. 2) The shower head leaked, horribly, soaking the ceiling right above it, and the floor beside the tub. 3) There was no toilet paper roll holder for the tp.”

All'arrivo (mezzanotte e mezzo ora locale, distrutto dal jet lag), non riuscivano a farmi il check-in perché non avevo una ID Card americana: ho dovuto insistere e ricordare che avevo già pagato il soggiorno per riuscire a farmi dare, dopo 15 minuti, la chiave... Poi, mi viene detto che per i 5 giorni del mio soggiorno non verrà assolutamente fatto nulla in camera: passi per gli asciugamani, il cui cambio quotidiano è un'offesa...

“The pictures that are shown on Expedia’s website must be back from 1960 when the place was maybe new I don’t know when it was established, but I would love to post pictures of what this place looks like now it’s out in the middle of nowhere no security run down disappointed doesn’t capture my feelings had I not been with two other women I would have left the property. I barely slept four hours. My advice don’t go not to this place anyway.”

“Bishop Lodge is a beautiful property with amenities for the entire family: hiking, horseback riding, spa, pool, cooking experiences and many more. We had a one bedroom in The Grove which was very nice; comfortable bed, nice shower (water pressure could have been a bit stronger), fireplace and a patio. However, patio looks onto a wooden fence so there isn't much of a view compared to other lodging options. We really like the golf cart service available on the property and the shuttle service into...

“I booked 4 nights at the Vanessie because it was located close to the downtown area of Santa Fe and the Railroad District. Also, I was looking for local charm, and thought the wood-beamed ceiling was cool. I got there after 9:00 PM only to find out that they do not staff the Inn after 8:00 PM. I called the emergency number posted by the front door and Jay walked me through were to find my key codes (there are no keys, just coded locks) and got me into Unit 1. “We checked in on a Tuesday evening. One of my daughters went to take a shower and the knob to the hot water did not work. So the next morning I let the office know in person. I felt like I was blown off. Left for the day came back and the knob to the hot water was still not working nor was I notified to let me know that they had looked at it at least. This was unit 99 with the two bathrooms. And having teenage daughters having an extra bathroom is extremely helpful. But that did not happen. So...
