“Make sure you arrive before 10 p.m. After that good luck trying to get someone to the front desk. They'll try to argue and say you weren't waiting and that you need to call a number that's not even listed.”

“Clean room, didn’t eat breakfast but got coffee which was good. Staff was good and parking good.”

“Our window must have leaked at sometime in the past and it was repaired poorly. Curtains were half missing and remainder was stained. Air quality/odor in room was an issue, due to suspected mold or water damage. Wear and tear throughout the hotel.”

“The consistency of staff as far as responsiveness was lacking. When we arrived at 3:45 our room was not ready and they only had one emergency key to give us stating the key machine was broke and it would be tomorrow as well. I tried using honors app for digital key but it never worked. The next day no problems !! They gave of two keys. Also no dish soap and extra paper towel on day one but day two no problem”

“Breakfast was lovely, but don’t sleep in, it closes promptly at 9:00. Rooms are clean and fresh with new glass door showers. No stepping into slippery tubs.”
