“Whoever checked me in was the most unpleasant front desk agent I ever encountered. Older white lady with shorter hair just downright does not belong in customer service. The website says they have a hot tub they don’t and haven’t had one in years!! Pool look nasty anyway. Walls chipped dirty carpet in halls restaurant stinks didn’t even stay total waste.”

“The pool was closed, the gym seemed stocked but I didn’t use any of the machines. only one elevator worked and it took forever to come. The hallway and stairs smelled of urine. The light cover literally fell off the wall above the sink as I was in the rest room. It was quiet and very close to shopping. ”
