The office staff was knowledgeable about the area and friendly, they even have a sense of humor as their street sign suggests when you pull up to the front office. It’s a rare occurrence to come across such a genuine and welcoming place.

This 1950’s motel has been meticulously refurbished. It’s clean, well-appointed, and the owners live on the property. The only thing that was in any way negative was that the pillows were a bit thin. Otherwise, it was like stepping into the past. I would go back.

Loved inside the hotel room. Spic and span clean! Loved the old heater in bathroom still. Outside was cute loved the flowers. Felt like when I was a kid and my parents trips we took in these hotels. The only downfall was didn’t feel to secure with just that little lock. Suggest Bringing a security alarm door jammer and maybe ear plugs. These old hotels are adorable but have thin walls you can hear them in the bathroom sooo 😄

Hi Samantha,Thank you for the wonderful review. Actually the heater in the bathroom is only a year or so old, we just replaced the really old ones that were in there. It's actually really safe around here. The Buhl crime rate is pretty low being a small town has it's advantages and not much crime is one of them. We do hope you will come visit us again. It's an unimposing little motel. I was confused at first because the sign says motel but my reservation said Inn. The owner and staff are very kind and willing to go out of their way to help. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in all month (I've been traveling 3.5 weeks at this point). Looking at the quaint western exterior, you wouldn't think you'd have highspeed wifi, SmartTVs, remote control AC/Heat, a timed heater for the shower, USB charging ports, microwave, small refrigerator/freezer (not a mini fridge like all the other hotels.)

The big tall one is kind of iconic around here and just the mention of changing it, even with the same exact style, just changing the word from Motel to Inn, was not popular at all here in town! Very friendly
I was in Buhl to get a flatbed installed from Idaho Trailer Sales. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They actually suggested I keep my room most of the day while the install was completed with no late checkout fee.

Very nice room and they actually cleaned my room after the 1st night, replaced the towel and floor mat i used, emptied the trash. None of the other motels i have stayed at have done this. Very friendly and would recommend highly!

We actually do daily housekeeping for two reason; One, our guests are #1 around here and deserve special treatment. Keeping things fresh is just one way we can do that. Two, we like to keep our housekeeping, and office staff, working, If we cut housekeeping services we would really need to cut hours for our employees which is not good for anyone. I liked that there was a grassy area to walk our dog. I didn't like that not all dogs were on a leash. This caused a problem when walking our dog.

The towels are as good as any expensive hotel! There are burgers next door, Mexican across the street, breakfast around the corner as well as coffee, juice and snack bars in the office. The room was large and very clean. Parking ten feet from your door. Very nice. Glad we found it!

Take a chance on this one!
Okay here is the thing, I attempt to stay at family run establishments. Like the bigger properties need any help. This place was a "classic" motel. However, the place was clean beyond expectations and the bed was freaking amazing. The hosts were friendly, helpful and treated me like my money mattered because it did. Choose to stay, eat at the Mexican restaurant down the street and finish off your night with a drink from the bar just down the road. An excellent choice for me... thanks for the restful night!

I was a little concerned because it was an.older motel, but i was pleasantly surprised. It was well taken care of, very clean and served our needs perfectly. We would stay here again

Typical individually owned small town motel. Nothing fancy but it was convenient and the office team couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
