“Clean room”

“The outside of the place is not bad, and the inside is clean. The room itself is very nice. However, the air conditioning did not stay cool throughout the day, and at night I could not sleep well because the room became too warm. Without cool air, my anxiety started to come back. The staffs are friendly.”

“Excellent staff and rooms. I also had a balcony with a view. The dinning area had great food, but it was pricey. I guess that figures since it’s one of the premier Miami Hotels. The Hilton and Marriott share a nice attached shopping mall. I also liked the bayfront park nearby. It would have been nice if the hotel had more than one dinning option. They have a lot of their space devoted to convention halls.”

“I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. There was no mold smell, the room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and communicated with us every day. They made sure we had enough towels and asked how our stay was going to ensure there were no issues. We stayed in the room with the two twin bunk beds and the queen bed, and while it is definitely tighter than your average hotel room, the two of us had enough room to move around. “Room was clean and had basic essentials like lotion, shampoo, conditioner. Mini fridge was included in the room and the lobby has lots of other drinks and snacks for purchase. Bagels and coffee complimentary in the morning was a nice bonus. Front staff was super friendly and I had an easy check in process despite arriving after lobby hours.”
