Gentilissimi!
L’hotel è in buona posizione, anche se il vicoletto in cui si trova non si presenta molto bene. Il personale è molto accogliente e servizievole. Avevamo una camera familiare per 3 persone con un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto, molto spaziosa. Gli aspetti negativi: era al piano terra e non aveva finestra ma solo due piccoli lucernari e gli arredi della stanza erano veramente brutti e pomposi. Magari le camere al piano superiore non avevano questi inconvenienti. La colazione è servita in una bella stanza del secondo cortile ed è abbondante e varia. L’albergo è molto pulito.

What a great little hotel in a city that has so many guesthouses. I would highly recommend the hospitality of the owner and his well trained and kind young team. They were very helpful for my visit to Bukhara (an amazing city). I would recommend the Jr. Suite, as it doesn't cost much more and is spacious. Finally, the rooftop is very tranquil and a great place for an end of evening drink or break in the middle of a sightseeing day. I also had a massage for $20 USD and she was very good. Highly recommend this lovely little hotel. Also, eat at Ayvan, superb restaurant and Bukhara luckily benefits from many. Also a very new one called Restaurant Jam just across the road from this hotel. Enjoy.

部屋は清潔でベッドの寝心地がよく、中庭や屋上などの共有スペースはおしゃれで素敵なホテルでした！ ラビハウズからも近いので、観光しやすかったです。 好きなタイミングでのお茶サービスもあり、お菓子付きでポットにお茶を入れてもらい、くつろげました。 宿の方々もとても親切で、ブハラからヒヴァへ夜行列車に乗るためにタクシーで駅に行く時も、タクシーに乗るまで見送ってもらいとても心強かったです。 ありがとうございました！

Cet hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel est à vos petits soins. Le déjeuner est tellement copieux que vous ne pouvez pas tout manger. Il y a également une terrasse.

I really enjoyed my stay at Amelia hotel, the hotel has character& history befitting to Bukhara and is centrally located. The customer service is exceptional, all the staff had impeccable manners and were so courteous and welcoming, especially Akbar who couldn’t do enough to make my stay comfortable. I enjoyed my conversations with the manager who gave me an insight into Uzbekistan culture and life. If I travel to Bukhara again I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else besides Amelia Boutique hotel! Thank you all for making my stay amazing !

Beautiful boutique hotel with great service
Exceptional service, nicely decorated rooms and perfect location. This is a gem of a boutique hotel. It looks like an old mansion with attractive common area and patios. The room is decorated with a Thousand and One Nights vibe. Meticulously clean. Modern large bathroom. Effective AC, super quiet at night and comfy bed. The breakfast has everything you can wish for, local delicacies, fresh fruit and vegies and eggs to order. The staff makes you feel at home. Steps away from the major attractions of this magical city. Highly recommended.

A lovely place. Excellent location for the old town, easily found by taxi drivers, clean, quiet and friendly. The hotel was a merchant’s house with a lot of character. They arranged rail tickets for me and an excellent guide. Breakfast was outstanding- local delicacies freshly prepared, fruit, salads, so much and beautifully presented.

Bon hôtel, accueil moyen
L'hôtel est joli, bien aménagé, très propre. En revanche, on peut être surpris par le fait qu'ils fassent payer la moindre bouteille d'eau (assez cher) vu le prix de l'hôtel et le fait que dans des hôtels beaucoup modestes, elle est offerte. Ils offrent le thé et le café mais on préfèrerait juste de l'eau. Par ailleurs, le propriétaire fait payer la chambre le même prix que l'on soit 1 ou 2 et refuse de déduire le prix d'un petit déjeuner lorsque l'on est seul... Bref une amabilité un peu forcée mais un peu de mesquinerie...

Wonderful boutique hotel
It is a beautiful boutique hotel set in a historic merchant house in the centre of old Bukhara. The place was full of character. Further the staff were amazing friendly and went out of their way to help ensure out stay was enjoyable.

Incredible place in Bukhara
I have travelled a lot, personally and for business, and I can admit that the level of my personal satisfaction with this hotel exceeded all my expectations. We were allowed to get into our room in the morning (before the check in time), our hosts were waiting for me and my wife until 10.00 AM to serve the breakfast, even though the breakfast timeslot is from 7.00-9.00 AM. The motto of the hotel is "we will make you feel like home"....well I felt more comfortable in tis hotel than sometimes at my home. Kudos and the best wishes to this small, boutique hotel that is by the way an old family house transformed brilliantly into a hotel.

Le séjour à Amelia était fantastique. Accueil très chaleureux et appui de l'équipe pour organiser les détails du séjour (réservation de train, etc.). Propreté et service impeccable. It is a small boutique hotel which used to be a rich man’s house long time ago and then converted to a hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It has an outstanding staff willing to help their guests in all aspects, they really go the extra mile to provide all help you need. I had a problem with my mobile phone cell line and the guy at the reception made the translation for me which helped a lot as I don’t speak Uzbek nor Russian. Their breakfast is amazingly cooked which tastes really delicious like a homemade breakfast fast. Most of the staff speaks fluent English especially guys at the reception. Also, the location is in the heart of old Bukhara city with 10 minutes walk to all attractions in the old city. All in all, I strongly recommend and would definitely stay again with them next time I am in Bukhara.

Traditional hotel. Junior suite was excellent. Staff very helpful and attentative. Bakhodir arranged train tickets, trip to surrounding areas and local taxi's. Full of helpful advice. Lovely roof terrace overlooking city. Nothing was too much trouble, we were well looked after and would recommend !

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. And that is saying something because we have lived and traveled abroad for several years. The historical remodeling of the hotel is excellent. You can’t beat location. And the service is amazing. The proprietors and staff were constantly asking us if we needed anything, if we wanted more tea. The breakfasts were superb. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Amazing stay, feels like home and family house, dedicated staff, Mr. Bakhodir the manager and owner was so freindly and supportive, he assisted us in bringing the medical officer to the hotel to do the Covid PCR test, done ate around 9am, and the certificates were delivered to the hotel at 12noon, it costs about USD10 each and paid to the medical officer directly, the hotel is 18th century traditional Bukhari house within 10 minutes walk to the old city and historical landmarks and the old 16th century bazar, we asked Mr. Bakhodir for a local guide before just a day from arriving Bukhara, the guide Ms. Nelu was amazing with perfect knowledge and English, the hotel also provided a pickup from the train staition 15km from Bukhara, also helped in providoing a taxi to take us back to the station after spending two nights in Bukhara, the Breakfast was great with local Bukhara cusine food including home made cherry and fig jam, local fruits, eggs, and local breakfast pastries, the dining room is well preserved 18th century with original features untouched, teas and coffees were provided as complimentary throughout our stay anytime, we really and strongly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Bukhara.
