“Generally satisfactory. Room was spacious, patient staff, and great welcome drinks. Suggestion to the management is to restrict guests from making noises at the lounge area as the noise echoed and could hear it from the rooms facing the lounge area l. Unfortunately guests from certain country do not know how to control their volume.... Maybe management should ask them to ?”

“I stayed for 2 nights in different rooms. The only problems was splashing water from the hose connecting to the heater when turning water on. Second, the water tap on in the kitchen nearly loose from the sink. Tea cups too small and coffee packet and tea bag not enough for 4 persons room.”

“Our stay was specifically to accompany our mom for hospital surgery, which is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and spotless. Many thoughtful amenities were provided, including good Wi-Fi and a large TV, and we especially loved the capsule coffee machine. The service was excellent, with friendly and very helpful staff. This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was perfect.”

“The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!”

“Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!”

“These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

“Staff are smiling all the time. Amazing swimming pool on roof deck / bar. However, the pool should have a roped off section for lap swimming for adults and a kids area for fooling around. Too many kids who have zero etiquette loud parents made swimming in a sophisticated environment feel like bargain basement garage sale kinda place. Or adults only from 18:00 to close. ”
