“Great customer service Hot water supply seems to be an ongoing issue”

“My stay was excellent, easy to get by the city centre, staff was excellent especially Nkululeko big up to you Sir”

“Very helpful staff and the place is clean. The only issue is that the place is under renovation. It is in town center making it easy to walk around and to the shops without a need to use a car. Overall the place is good but for those who want a quiet environment it can be a bit difficult because of the loud music from the bar”

“This place is officially closed down. It is insane that Expedia is still selling this place. Something severely wrong with this company!!!”

“I was turned away from this property because" they have no way of getting their money from expedia. The lady, though only spoke to staff and did not want to speak to me directly sounded very rude”

“House was clean ”

“Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. ”

“Great rooms in a garden setting, in a conveniently situated, safe and secure setting. The well prepared home-cooked meals are a bonus. I highly recommend this lodge!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Churchill Hotel in Bulawayo and were genuinely very happy with our experience. ❤️ The location was excellent for our holiday, making it easy for us to explore Bulawayo and the surrounding area. We were conveniently located for our visits to Matobo National Park, the city centre, garden centres and other places we wanted to see. The food was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. “Getting dstv channels will help. Some of us love watching news and Premier soccer league.”

“Great place to stay, quiet and comfortable ”

“That's the most dirty property not fit to be a BNB ”
