Hotellet ligger fint plassert på stranden med kun ca 5 min til "sentrum" byen og stranden er lite innbydende noe som gjør at man ikke ønsker å være der lengre enn man må, litt synd for hotellet fortjener mer.

Totally recommended
Small and well kept, 9 rooms hotel, right on the beach. Lovely rooms and staff. Plenty of activities around, along with food options only minutes walk away. Easy 7min walk to the centre of town. Especially loved the VIP room with indoor/outdoor bathrooms and sea view. And the fresh cooked hotel breakfast, yum.

Value for money.
We enjoyed our stay in Franjipani because it was perfectly situated right on the beach. However, the interior of the rooms need upgrading! Old facilities and bathrooms in particular, are hard to clean and harder to make look really clean! Staff were pleasant and helpful. The garden setting was beautiful and breakfast was included!

Cozy beachfront property
Had a great stay at Frangipani, extended multiple times. Great small villa like hotel, perfect on low season if it is rather quiet and not crowded. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, bathroom is large and semi open. All property is kept nicely clean. Breakfast has 3 choices, their home made jam is simply delicious. Coffee is served in french press what is rather unique in Bali and adds bonus points from us. Beach is just infront of the property, great to sit in gazebo and enjoy beautiful sunset.

The property is great except for the bed we had was bad but they just need a new mattress in that room im assuming. Everything else was cool. We got picked up in front of the hotel at the beach to watch dolphins and that was nice. Food was pretty good and swimming pool cleaned daily!

Sehr schöne große Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegter Garten und schöner Pool. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist vorzüglich und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen.

Hotellet ligger SÅ godt. 8 værelser Væk fra by og larm, men kun 5 minutters gang derhen. Værtinden hjalp med transport til Ubud hvor vi havde 3 stop undervejs, på steder vi havde valgt vi vil se. En heldagstur til en rigtig go pris. Generelt: spring delfinturen over - i bliver kun skuffede !!

The staff were amazing and the property looked amazing, gardens beautiful, pool area awesome, but from the moment we arrived our room was a big disappointment. Got there about 3.30 pm, booked in, got our poolside room. Went to lock our valuables away and the security safe did not work. Staff attended but where unable to fix it. Went for a swim, returned to the room for a shower. The towel rack fell off the wall, the shower head ( in both inside and outside showers) was broken so had one full stream of water and not a constant flow, to top it off, no hot water. Saw the staff who contacted the maintenance guy, so we waited 4 hours for him to come.He siliconed the shower head back into place but was unable to fix the HWS. So a cold shower for us. During the night the power went out, so no lights or air-con. Contacted staff, again, and once again, waiting for the maintenance man. Went to use the toilet and it overflowed, Finally after two days we were offered another room, but by then we had decided to head back to Legion as most of our Lovina trip was wasted waiting to be able to utilise our room. We had booked for 2 more days but were disappointed with the whole place. A staff member rang the owner to tell what had happened and that we were leaving 2 days early and the only compensation we were offered was that we didn’t have to pay our bar bill which was a grand amount of about $ 15.00 ( AUS)! Very disappointed.By the time our driver arrived at 12.00 nothing had been fixed.

The location on the beach was fantastic with plenty to see and do either side. The pool and gardens are lovely. Our VIP room was perfect for my mum and I. The staff were just wonderful willing to help with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope to come back.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The hotel is right on the beach and we took advantage by going to see the dolphins one morning. We also took strolls down the beach during sunset/ evening. If you turn left out the back gate there is a very nice restaurant 30 seconds walk away. If you walk another 10 minutes there are quite a few more restaurants with a better variety. As we were only there 2 days and we went on excursions both days we didn't go in to lovina so cannot comment on that.

Amazing location, a wonderful staff which truly understands the meaning of hospitality. Having experienced the opposite just recently, well the welcoming and friendliness at Fangipani Lovina ammost brings tears to my eyes... Bith my wife and I wish our plans could have allowed us to stay longer... We will be back, and to anyone looking to book: Frangipani is boutique and persinable, quaint and quiet... The smallest of details vs. everything advertised- Frangipani caters with a family-like heart, respects all guests and know the value of repeat visitors... My wife and I will definitely be back..!

Delightful boutique hotel
Small hotel right on the beach. Lovely pool and gardens that are extremely well maintained. Loved the breakfast (American) and the all day long free tea and coffee. The only small criticism is lighting in the room could be better. The room is large and spacious with a lovely outdoor bathroom with a view of the rice paddy. Conveniently located to beach, restaurants and shops

Beautiful hotel, very clean, very good amenities. The staff went out of their way to help us and it was a pleasure to stay. It’s a short walk either along the beach or in the roads to the main restaurant area where we found many places to eat and drink. Lovina is a quiet town, one that we loved to relax in!

Nice quiet location right on the beach. Incredible 8 room boutique hotel, beautifully maintained grounds, amazingly relaxing atmosphere. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, nice cool air con. Delicious breakfast included, coffee and tea 24 hours. Nice refreshing pool, lots of restaurants and activities a short distance away. Only negative was that we didn't book to stay longer.

Wow , such a lovely boutique hotel. we were welcomed like family and made felt immediately at home. The beach front rooms are large and very comfortable with an excellent mattress and large day bed inside. There is a variety of great hang out spots in the grounds. The American breakfast was very nice. One night is not enough here!. It is a short walk along the beach into Central Lovina , so you are away from the business of Central and enjoy a sunset walk on the beach.

Frangipani is an intimate peaceful place to stay. You can kick back in your lounge chair, stare at the ocean and let the rest of the world go by. If you like a little more action you can walk 10 minutes by beach or 10 minutes by road to Lovina. Here you’ll find lots of restaurants, massage spas and shops. When you return to the hotel you can sip a cool beverage and talk to the staff or other guests about your day. Because it’s a small boutique hotel you’ll get to know everyone. Friendly, clean, reasonably priced and above all....relaxing!

Hotel Frangipani very nice
Frangipani is direct on the beach, with a very nice garden, swimmingpool, restaurant. We also did a dolphin Tour, not at 6.00 as most people do, but at 8.00.

Tolles kleines Hotel
Hotel direkt am Strand gelegen. Mit eigenem Pool mit tollem Garten und Liegemöglichkeiten. Hotelzimmer mit offenen Bad (komplett überdacht). Alles sehr sauber, egal ob Hotelzimmer oder Hotelanlage. Hotelzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Moskitonetz. Grundsätzlich sehr gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Hotelanlage. Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr sehr lecker und gute Portionen. Personal sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Als unserer Pick-up-Service am Abreisetag nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit erschien, hat das Hotel sich beim Veranstalter telefonisch erkundigt.

Blir inte mycket bättre
Mycket trevligt hotell som jag varmt rekommenderar, läget är fantastiskt med ett riktigt bra korallrev att dyka på bara några hundra meter ut, sköldpadda första gången jag var ute, 500 meter promenad på stranden för att komma in till lilla Lovina centrum där man sitter och tar en drink och ser solen gå ned i havet, magiskt. Personalen är jättebra, ber man om något som inte finns på menyn så fixar dom till något. Rent och snyggt.

Petite oasis très agréable
Charmant petit hôtel très bien tenu. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Personnel à l'écoute au bord de la mer ( plage sable noire ) et à 10 mns du petit centre ville Evitez si possible d'y séjourner les samedis soirs, les scooters circulent sur la petite route derrière l'hotel toute la nuit

Aardig hotel
Aardig hotel aan het strand met vriendelijk personeel, echter de VIP kamers (4 stuks) zijn somber en minimalistisch ingericht. De douche en toilet zijn buiten wat niet altijd als prettig werd ervaren. Het ontbijt is een 3 keuze ontbijt en eigenlijk heel karig. Als je voor de rust komt dan zit je goed, in de directe omgeving is niet veel te doen en moet je minstens 30 minuten lopen. Het personeel is heel aardig maar Ketut (1 vd medewerksters) vertelde ons in het eerste gesprek al hoe zwaar zij het heeft als gescheiden vrouw, haar kinderen weinig ziet en uit financieel oogpunt noodgedwongen bij haar ouders leeft. Niet echt rond kan komen en vaak om een voorschot vraagt aan haar manager. Natuurlijk is dit heel triest maar zit je daar als gast echt op te wachten? Nee, niet echt dus. Zouden wij hier weer naar toe gaan? Nee, niet ons hotel en tijdens onze reis hebben we vele betere hotels gehad die niet noemenswaardig duurder waren.

Nice hotel, very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view out to the beach. Reasonable walk to the main Lovina beaches. Room could be better lit, especially over the bed.

Very private and cozy. Not much for selection for the menu but hey it's an establishment with only a few rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful...we wanted simple Balinese food (which the menu didn't offer) so the cook whipped up some Mie Goreng (stir-fried noodles) and it was one of the best Mie Goreng we've had in Bali. It located down a small road in a very quiet area just 15 mins walk from the main road and right on the beach.

Schönes kleines Hotel direkt am Strand.
Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Hotel. Nur die Zimmerwände lassen keinerlei Privatsphäre zu, Sie hören ständig den Gast im Nachbarzimmer sofern es belegt ist.

Dejligt hotel lige ned til stranden. Poolen var lidt beskidt, men det undskyldte de for. Fin morgenmad og behagelig seng. Lidt gå afstand til selve byen og spisemuligheder, men intet problem tager måske 10 minutter at gå derhen. Kan klart anbefales

Hôtel situé directement sur une belle plage de sable noir . À 500m du centre de Lovina. Pour la sortie dauphins le bateau viens vous chercher devant l'hôtel. Calme belle piscine. Petit déjeuner moyen. Pas franchement de vue mer.
