"posizione comoda per il centro cittadino - parcheggio disponibile - stanza confortevole (peccato per la presenza degli asciugamani dei precedenti ospiti nascosti dietro le tende e un dispenser del sapone riempito con la lozione per il corpo) - spa molto apprezzata per l’acqua termale - colazione ampiamente insufficiente (presenti praticamente solo alimenti salati ed infusi, assenti frutta, marmellate, fette biscottate, panini, brioches, biscotti e té, con alzata di spalle alla mia richiesta de fosse stato possibile averlo)"

"Very nice and brand new hotel. Excellent italian restaurant and excellent service at the restaurant. The lady who manages the restaurant is master of italian food and knows how to make customers feeling special. Room ok. Excellent location close to the historical city centre (2 min walking). Pity that first night heating in my room was not working and it was terrible! Fixed the day after but too kate.. i got a cold because of that"

"Ottimo l’unica piccola pecca è che la reception ha chiesto se avevo preso qualcosa dal minibar e appena le ho detto cosa avevo preso, subito ha chiamato il servizio pulizia per verificare se avevo detto la verità … l’ho trovato offensivo … 300 hotel all’anno … direi che sono affidabile … "
