“Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ha reso la permanenza veramente tranquilla e sono stati sempre disponibili ad aiutare e a dare informazioni con molta gentilezza e cordialità. L’hotel ha la fermata del bus per Lugano centro proprio di fronte, raggiungibile anche a piedi. La struttura è pulita e ordinata così come le camere. ”

“It was a very nice place to stay in Monza. Situated in the centre of the town not far from the railway station. Very clean and warm, with all the necessary conveniences like a hair-dryer, an electric kettle, WiFi, towels/soap, ecc. Moreover, it was a really pleasant surprise to find out that the Locanda provided with a free breakfast in the nearest bar. Really satisfied with my choice!! ”

“Beautiful and peaceful. The scenery is amazing very convenient as the location is right by the center of all restaurants shops lake and transportation. The staff were very professional and friendly helping immediately to answer questions. Very safe and clean too. Restaurants outside the entrance have excellent food options. Most importantly you can sleep without hearing any noises which it was my concern because the church and heavy traffic. Very happy to have stayed 3 nights. ”

L’appartement était sale, avec des draps et des couvertures visiblement usés. Le matelas était dans un état lamentable, inconfortable et penchait d’un côté. Le débit d’eau dans la douche était extrêmement faible, rendant l’usage difficile. J’ai également eu un souci avec la fermeture automatique de la porte, et malgré plusieurs tentatives, je n’ai jamais réussi à...
