Bohemian Retreat: Private Pool/Private Boat Launch

Bohemian Love or Boho style is decor full of life and culture just minutes away from the Colorado River. Your own private pool, the aesthetics of Boho flies in the face of modern sensibilities and embraces the carefree, the relaxed, and the unusual. Our Boho rooms have certain similarities in that they are always eclectic and share certain features but not completely alike. Our design embraces an unconventional approach to life by combining colors and patterns from many areas of the world.

Unwind in our breezeway just a glance away from your kids while they swim in our private pool. Rest your feet on our stylish ottoman in the great room while sipping on your favorite drink. Or better yet, let the boys fish from one of our many private catch and release ponds while you watch from the fire pit in our backyard. Don’t forget about your tee time at Chaparral Golf and Country Club only a 5 minute drive away. And if you brought your own watercraft no need to wait in line to launch because you have access to the Palo Verde Private Boat launch just minutes away. If you wanted to explore Mohave Lake’s diverse and secret coves by all means, take the 20 minute drive and launch your boat at Katherine’s Landing or Telephone Cove for an amazing adventure. Don’t forget to bring your scuba gear either as there are some shore dives at Cabinsite Cove. Also don't forget about your 4 Wheel-drive trails like Nachyo Bar, Secret Pass Trail, or Chloride Mines Trail.

This isn’t your typical stuffy river rental. Tastefully decorated and culturally enriched with Bohemian touches inside an Adobe shell scream softly an invitation that will make you want to stay longer. The ability to wonder directly from the backyard into a 40 acre private greenbelt that has multiple catch and release ponds has you feeling like you own your own Mountain Meadow on the Desert floor. Let the lights glow softly from the propane fire pit in the family focused backyard patio as the kids swim and you sip your favorite drink while the food is prepared on the BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans, dishes, silverware, spices you will need - just bring your food and get cooking. That is of course if you don’t hire your own chef because I know you deserve it. Enjoy your meal inside where there is seating for twelve or if the weather is beautiful venture outside to one of the many seating areas and enjoy the sound of the light breeze blowing through the palm tree or our famous 20 foot tall cactus. Or have a foosball tournament after you warm up on the air hockey table.

The bathrooms bring some comfort just in case you forgot your soap and shampoo. We also got the large Hotel towels waiting for you. Boho vibes resonate the three bedrooms. The master bedroom brings a hint of Italian culture furniture comfort along with the light inviting accent chair to slip on your shoes and dance the night away. And you got your own private door straight to the pool from the master bath.

The queen bedroom echoes the essence of Bohemian songs though its inviting comforter and light furniture.

The kidz room says do not enter if you are not a kid because they will be climbing all over the bunk beds like monkeys in the movie Jumanji. For extra sleeping space, extend the flip couch in the kidz room for a nice cozy queen bed. There is also a queen size air mattress complete with extra sheets and an electric pump if you’d prefer - you can find it in the kidz bedroom closet.

The house is located a short 3 minute drive to private boat launch into the Colorado River, 7 minutes from a local beach, a park with multiple gazebos, a skate park, and playground. Fifteen mutes from the Gambling Casinos of Laughlin NV. Five minutes from a 9 hole Golf Club and only a few minutes from multiple grocery stores and Walmart.
