“The house was perfect for what we needed. It was a quick ride to nearby stores and activities. The backyard is great, and we used the fire pit, set up cornhole boards, etc. Thank you for a nice experience in Richmond. ”

“We had an absolutely lovely weekend. The house is brand new and everything was as described. We would appreciate the addition of more coffee, mugs and wine glasses. But overall the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other items, and the common areas and bathrooms are stunning! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we really enjoyed our time there!”

“The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. ”
