“I am surprised, Hilton has approved this facility as a Hampton Inn. The Room #23 was totally equivalent to Motel 6. Bathrooms had bugs inside out of shower. tiles are broken. ”

“Hotel was located perfectly for us to be able to walk to our Marine Corps half marathon. They also added a late checkout that was unexpected but truly appreciated.”

“The pool is small, and the towels in the pool area were never stocked. We had to ask for towels all 3 times we used it. Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging. I had to alert staff who didn’t take it as serious as it should be. Eventually someone found me a working smoke detector. The room was clean on the surface but smelled musty. My daughter saw a “large insect” that ran across the bathroom sink. I never saw it, so I can’t say what it might have been. I hope we didn’t bring a...

“Check in was fast and easy. The decor and finishings are very modernized for the cost per night. No complaints about cleanliness- not to say it was perfect, but overall it was a very comfortable stay and we slept great. Breakfast was decent. Only scrambled eggs and link sausage was hot.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it. ”
