“One of the most difficult hotel experiences I have had. Room was musty stinky like an old moldy basement. My husband washed and cleaned the filthy air filter in the air conditioner. That did not help. The chair was grossly dirty so I asked for a sheet to cover the chair so it could be useable. The smoke detector started chirping at 3 AM. “Our 1st room smelled like an ashtray. We went to the front desk to ask for another room. She informed us that they are nonsmoking. We said we understand but our room has an obvious smell of cigarettes. We saw somebody on the 2nd floor have their window open and smoking. Also the 2nd room the TV didn't work. We went to front desk again and she informed us that somebody would be there at 11 pm and they could go and look at it. I said I was hoping to be sleeping by then. Our bed made so much...
