Guest house a Burford

“It was a really nice setting (it would have been great if it had been warm and sunny, sat out in the courtyard). The room we stayed in was very small, but clean and functional for a one or two night stay. We would definitely recommend it and will stay here again.”

“We selected the property due to its charming Tudor features, which are a continued theme throughout. On arrival, staff were warm and friendly and showed us to our room. Similarly at breakfast, the staff member was friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast spread including pastries, fruits and an option for a cooked breakfast. Our room had large beams, a four poster bed, original windows and an excellent view of the high street. The bathroom however could do with some upkeep as the decor is...

“location fantastica molto bello e caratteristico personale gentile e disponibile ”

“WiFi was not available, The Lodge WiFi did not exist when searched for. I missed a very important meeting due to this, this was one of the reasons we chose The Lodge.”

“Our room was lovely and comfortable. We were in the back of the building just off the garden (Brontë room) It was quiet and peaceful and a great place to relax after exploring the nearby towns and villages. Go early as the villages get crowded quickly and parking can be limited depending on the village. The only issue we had was breakfast was included with our stay but had difficulty finding it. It was located offsite a few minutes walk but I was only able to find this after googling other...

“Very welcoming arrival with a small tour around the grounds. Rooms clean and suitable for the 1 night we was there. Small communal area with tv, fridge and basic cooking equipment was a great little touch.”

“Stayed here for one night. Staff were really helpful, especially accomodating us for dinner. Great pizzas. Comfortable and clean room, but some of the decor showed some wear and tear.”

“The was clean, comfortable. Available parking. Helpful staff”

“The bed and tv where excellent, everything in the bathroom worked but to say it was tired is very kind”
