4 star Hotel close to the Hospital in Basingstoke. Pool and Gym Service (if u pick up wrong time pool is full of old English ladies). Rooms are ok, nothing special, needs to be renovated. Bar is pricey for the location and hotel general condition. Recommend for quick customer visit at the hospital.

parking was great the rooms were clean but a bit dated and in need of a bit of TLC, the local area is excellent, Tesco and train station literally 2 minutes walk, very nice Indian restaurant over the road,

I booked a standard room but was given a disability room. I am not disabled. Room had to phone and only one towel

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Room lovely and cozy and clean and biscuits a nice touch. Only disappointment. Bar food menu which offered little choice and seemed expensive for what was on offer.. Apart from that would definitely stay again.
