“The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel room we were given was clean and comfortable. Our reason for 4 stars is because the room needed some cosmetic work and had a couple of minor issues I believed should have not been present. That said, we tell that improvements had been made in the room and the atmosphere was nice. All in all, our stay was good. ”

“The hotel was clean and well appointed. The breakfast could have been better. It ended at 9:30 and when we arrived at 9:00 the eggs were cold and the sausage was empty. Other than that, it was a great place to stay,”

“100% amazing! You could not ask for better staff or hotel to stay at! 584 was just icing on the cake. All I can say is the is hospitality at its best. I will stay here every time I’m back in Burlington.”

“The condition of the room was horrible, questionable people hanging in parking lot. I was very disappointed with the whole thing that we could not stay there and was only in the hallway not the room.”

“All I can say is I wasted my money. I wasn’t even able to stay in the room. When I walked in, I was overwhelmed by a very musty, smoky odor in a non-smoking room. The bed linens were old and dingy, the sofa had multiple wet stains on it, and some of the towels in the bathroom look like they had already been used. I absolutely was terrified to stay there would not recommend. ”
