“Gorgeous old mansion on a hill! It has been meticulously restored and is so peaceful and quiet. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Highly recommend.”

“Our room was typical of lower priced properties, so it was as expected. Hard floor. Loud A/C unit. Somewhat worn. I slept well. The shower was hot. The breakfast spread had only a few options - just providing some calories to start the day. When trying to sleep, I could hear a truck running outside with music playing and when I notified the manager, she quickly went out and made it stop.”

“Expedia reservations made at Hampton are treated with rudeness when the manager Jack says "Oh this is a 3rd party reservation and there is nothing I can do to help you with anything at all!" They made no attempt to assist us with a late (next day) arrival on a 2 night stay. We called the Hampton directly and of course the policy is a penalty of the one night but then Hampton cancelled the reservation and treated my wife very coldly when she arrived the next day. “The room was great, but booked the hotel for graduation of my nephew. My kids wanted to swim at the pool but it was closed & there was no discount given or other accommodations given. Just a sorry about it.”

“The clerk at check in was nice. They even checked our room to see if it was done to let us in a bit early. They said the room was done but we found someone ice cream cones in the fridge, the bathtub had lots of hair in it that was not ours, the shower cur6was really dirty and needed washed. We tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work, tried to call front desk to tell them, phone didn't work, toilet was broken and ran after flushing it (unless you jiggled the handle).
