“Had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, sunny, and very comfortable. Street parking is limited but the host provided multipleoptions. Geographically located in close proximity to/easily walkable to theaters, restaurants, shopping, University buildings, etc. We arrived and didn’t need the car until we left. James our host provided clear and timely information with excellent overall communication, and worked to accommodate a request we made. Would stay again!”

“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “Property was clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking wasn't great, but the hosts specifically commented on this so we were aware. Street parking is scarce on the weekends and the garages are almost always full. There is a lot about 7 min walk (Target Parking) that is 20 a day....or use ride shares. ”
