“The front desk agent wasn’t always available. The food was subpar at best. The kitchenette attendant was always on his phone using a headphone. It was early clean after other patrons. The room was fine”

“Camera pulita, buon wifi, doccia ok. Letti comodi. TV ok. Colazione base forse da implementare con qualcosa di salato (bagel con formaggio). Personale gentile e cordiale”

“Rooms were dirty, items left over including medication from previous resident. The parking lot was a mess and filled with people doing drugs in their cars. Rooms looked nothing like the photos, sheets stained, beds were a mess, and shower had caulking coming apart and water everywhere”

“Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.”
